BEWARE - I almost bought tickets from this unofficial reseller website for €77 before trusting my guy instinct that this price seemed ridiculously high, and finding the official website to buy tickets which were actually €32. AVOID THIS SITE!!!!

Ils disent être le site officiel du Louvres mais ce n'est pas vrai (il faut aller sur Le Louvres.fr) et nous n'avons même pas eu les billets!

Lisez avec attention : ticketslouvre.com est bien un site frauduleux, à ne pas confondre avec lelouvreticket.com qui est un site officiel partenaire du musée du Louvre.
J'ai testé le site lelouvreticket.com, j'ai bien reçu les billets et j'ai pu entrer dans le musée.

Per il Louvre , come per tanti altri siti di musei, camuffano il sito e sembra vero. In questo modo traggono in inganno perché si pensa che si stia acquistando dal sito ufficiale!
Ho pagato 221€ per 4 biglietti con audioguida per cui avrei speso 52€ (con un figlio di 17 anni che paga 0€ e uno di 21 che paga 2€!!!) e 4 audioguide all’interno le avrei pagate 24€. Totale 76€! Ho pagato il triplo.

I inadvertently purchased tickets for my family through a mirror website. As many other reviewers have reported, the overcharging (nearly three times the official price and charging for infants, who are admitted free on the official site), the deliberate misleading of innocent tourists, and the complete refusal to negotiate refunds amount to what I would describe as a quasi-criminal practice.

I challenged the company by exchanging more than 20 emails. However, their responses were consistently limited to statements such as “we are a legitimate company,” “you accepted the terms and conditions,” and “we offered additional value.” These replies only increased my frustration, as they ignored the fundamental issue of deception.

I remain extremely upset about this experience. As a result, I investigated the entities behind this operation and identified two companies involved:
The Walker Tours LLC (EIN: 37-2091569, United States) — the apparent website owner
Feel The City Group (NIF: 90206152, Spain) — a Spanish company seemingly involved in operating the site

Individually, I considered how I could help prevent others from falling into the same trap. One step I took was to report my case to multiple relevant authorities, including:

- econsumer.gov – an international public platform for consumer complaints
- National Cyber Security Centre (UK) – via reports and related review channels
- SignalConso – the French government’s consumer protection platform
- The Louvre Museum – to alert them directly
- I have also filed a chargeback request with my credit card provider

If you are a visitor to this page, have already paid, and feel completely distressed by a similar experience, I strongly encourage you to report your case to the relevant authorities. Collective reporting is one of the most effective ways to ensure that these practices are properly investigated and stopped.

I sincerely hope this situation will be resolved and that future visitors will be protected from such deceptive operations.

This corresponds to misrepresentation and deceptive sales practices.

L'achat a été effectué sans qu'on sache clairement que le vendeur est un revendeur indépendant et que cette augmentation de prix puisse s'appliquer.
Il s'agit de fausses indications et de pratiques de vente trompeuses.

La compra se hizo sin que el vendedor fuera un revendedor independiente y sin que se le informara claramente de que se podrían aplicar estas subidas de precio.
Esto equivale a una falsa indicación y un acto engañoso de venta.

State alla larga da questo sito, mi hanno fatto pagare i biglietti per ragazzi sotto ai 25 anni che al Louvre essendo europei entrano gratis. Ho provato a chiedere di annullare la prenotazione ma non ne hanno voluto sapere. TRUFFA

I total scam selling Louvre tickets at three times the official price. This should be illegal and the website should be shut down. Horrible customer service as well!

In a hurry to buy tickets for my son, I also bought my tickets on this site, for triple the price of the official site. Sheila Vikers, listed on my ticket as the buyer of the tickets on behalf of this scam site, seems to feel no shame ripping off people. Audio guide purchased leads you to an app that doesn’t work.

Non acquistate. Ho acquistato biglietti per Louvre e d'Orsay. Quelli del d'Orsay erano per 3 e ho ricevuto il biglietto per una persona. Una volta ricevuti i biglietti ho contattato il Louvre che mi ha detto che i biglietti non assicurano l'ingresso. Audioguide non ufficiali. Biglietti del d'Orsay totalmente diversi da quelli ufficiali (che ho dovuto riacquistare). In caso di necessità rispondono bot AI.

Scam website made to look like the official website. These are actually scamming resellers, based in Spain, selling tickets at greatly, greatly inflated prices. Avoid at all costs and book direct. It'll save you a fortune.

Beware of the current increase in mirror sites.

The merchant’s website, ticketslouvre.com, acted in a misleading and deceptive manner by appearing to be the official Louvre Museum ticket site. I purchased three adult tickets, believing it was the museum’s official portal.
The official Louvre Museum price for three adult tickets is €66 total (€22 per ticket), but I was charged €198, three times the official amount, without any clear disclosure that the merchant is an independent reseller or that such a markup would apply.
This constitutes misrepresentation and deceptive merchant conduct.

Do not buy your ticket here! It feels like theft and fraud! Overprized, hiding behind policies, no human consederation or customor service. Feels like a person filling their pockets and not like a trusting organisation.
