Outrageously poor service and neglect throughout our 16 month tenancy with a baby. Ignored emails re repairs they were liable for months, tried to take money from our deposit for faults of their own. Refused to acknowledge wear and tear, or that a very poorly and cheaply “decorated” house would obviously incur further deterioration. Left litter in our house when we moved in, rather than removing it they PUT PHOTOS ON THE INVENTORY!? Poor customer service, slow replies, no urgency, terrible attitudes from all staff I spoke to. Their priorities well and truly lie with useless landlords who do not meet law-required deadlines for repairs. Outrageously terrible agent. Would strongly advise everyone looking to rent to stay away from love property unless you fancy doing everything yourself and going months without access to garage/ washing machine and live broken fences allowing neighbours dogs to potty in your garden (with a baby). Unbelievable that they can get away with treating people this poorly when it affects every aspect of their life. I had to do washing continuously in the bath at 20 weeks pregnant because the washing machine broke over and over and over again. Worst 16 months of my life.

A property managed by love property, had a leak, which damaged my neighbouring kitchen floor. This happened on 21st January, and only today, 2nd July, has everything finally been concluded!
I had to constantly message and call to try and get the problem dealt with.

Excellent service from love properties would highly recommend prompt efficient and helpful

Use a different company (sub contract) on vacating their properties for the inspection. Don't seem to accept wear and tear, charge for everything. I had to pay for redecoration. Poor. Absolutely avoid.

As we Exchange on the purchase & sale of our property, I wanted to reflect and share our appreciation & gratitude for the fantastic work that Love Property gave on our behalf.
From our initial meeting. they made us feel comfortable with the whole process, guiding us gently through those early days.
The photography & drone filming were spectacular. The brochure and online marketing;- superb and the Sales Progression Dept.:- invaluable.
With all departments pulling together, made what I now understand as quite a challenging transaction, seem easy.
Would highly recommend Love Property to anyone in the Richmond area who is considering marketing their property:- truly professional.

Would just like to say a huge thank you to the team at Love Property.
We found ourselves in the sad situation of having to sell our mothers house following her being admitted to a nursing home.
Even though this was a difficult time and we had many hurdles along the way Love property supported us and guided us the whole way.

If you need an estate agent in the Richmond area I wholeheartedly recommend Love property.

Having moved house several times over the years I can honestly say that Loveproperty is by far the worst agent it has been my misfortune to deal with.
From the very outset of making an offer on a house they tried to put obstacles in the way (because an offer had already been made by another purchaser).Loveproperty even tried to charge me in advance for making my offer!!!!
I have been in the property 5 weeks and after attempts to obtain keys to the house l have had no response and no keys. I'm having to replace the doors to maintain my security.
I would urge that anyone looking for an estate agent in the Richmond/Catterick area do not employ this agent.
