Thank you so much for your continued support over the last 5 years 💛 Reviews like this really mean a lot to us.

We’re so pleased to hear our products have helped you stay on track while still being able to enjoy the foods you love - especially as a fellow “breadaholic” 😊 Being able to have something as simple as a sandwich or pizza without feeling deprived is exactly what we aim for.

It’s also wonderful to hear your grandson enjoys the pizza bases too! Thank you again for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review and for being such a valued long-term customer.

Thank you for your honest feedback - we really do appreciate it. We’re so pleased you enjoyed the taste, as that’s something we work incredibly hard on 😊

We completely understand your comments about the size and value though. Because our breads are specialist low-carb products made with premium ingredients in small batches here in the UK, they are quite different to standard supermarket loaves both in size and production costs.

For many customers following low-carb or keto lifestyles, the nutritional benefits make that trade-off worthwhile, but we absolutely understand that everyone weighs that balance differently. Thank you again for giving us a try and for sharing your thoughts so thoughtfully 💛

Thank you for such a thoughtful review 😊 We completely understand your comments about the pricing, and we really appreciate you recognising the difference these products can make as part of a weight loss journey.

Because our breads and baked goods are specialist low-carb products made with premium ingredients in small batches here in the UK, they do cost more to produce than standard supermarket products. We know that can be an adjustment, so it’s wonderful to hear you feel they’ve still been worthwhile and are already helping you see results 💛

We also absolutely love the image of duck eggs and toasted soldiers every morning - that’s exactly the kind of simple food joy we want people to be able to keep enjoying while staying low carb 😊 Thanks again for taking the time to leave such a lovely review.

Thank you for the 5-star review and for your honest feedback 😊 We’re really pleased to hear everything else went well, but we’re sorry you had such a long wait for a response to your question.

We’ve actually recently been making a lot of improvements to our customer service systems and support processes, so we’re hopeful customers will start noticing much faster and smoother communication going forward 💛

Thank you again for your support and for taking the time to leave a review - we really appreciate it.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback, and we’re very sorry for the frustration this caused.

We absolutely understand why this experience left you upset, particularly as you felt your concerns weren’t properly addressed. Subscription products should always be made clear during checkout, and if there’s any possibility the process was confusing or unclear, that’s something we take very seriously and will review internally.

Unfortunately, once an order has already been dispatched we’re often unable to stop it in transit, but we completely appreciate that this did not answer the wider concern you were raising. We’re sorry you felt unheard, as that’s never the experience we want customers to have.

We have recently been making significant improvements to our customer service processes and website experience, including reviewing areas where customers may be confused during ordering, and feedback like yours is genuinely helpful in highlighting where we need to do better.

We’re sorry we let you down on this occasion and do appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

Thank you so much for your lovely review and for being a long-term customer 😊 We’re really pleased to hear your partner has found our products to be some of the lowest carb options available, and that the team has been able to help with adjusting your orders when needed.

We completely understand the comments about postage too. Because we produce specialist low-carb products in smaller batches and many items are sent fresh, shipping can unfortunately be a bigger part of the overall cost than with supermarket products.

As for seeing us in Tesco - we’d love that too one day! 😊 Thank you again for your support, it genuinely means a lot to us both.

Thank you so much 😊 We’re really pleased to hear you found the ordering process easy and the delivery fast. We know convenience matters just as much as great low-carb products, so it’s lovely to hear that reflected in your experience 💛

Thank you for your lovely feedback 😊 We’re so pleased to hear you’ve found the website easy to use, the delivery quick, and the products well packed.

We completely understand the frustration when favourite breads go out of stock though. Because many of our products are made in smaller batches to keep quality high and freshness at its best, some popular items can sell through faster than expected - especially recently! We are continually working on improving stock availability and production planning so hopefully you’ll see improvements there going forward 💛

Thank you again for your support and for taking the time to leave a review.

We’re very sorry to hear this, and we completely understand how frustrating it must be to receive an incomplete order and then feel unable to get an update from us.

This is absolutely not the experience we want customers to have. Sometimes orders may be split or delayed due to stock issues, but that should always be clearly communicated, and we’re sorry if that didn’t happen in your case.

We’ve recently been making significant improvements to our customer service systems and response handling, as we know delays in communication have caused frustration for some customers, and feedback like yours helps highlight where we still need to improve.

Please do contact us again with your order details if the issue is still unresolved, as we would genuinely like the opportunity to put this right for you.

Thank you for such a thoughtful and detailed review 😊 We’re absolutely delighted to hear how highly you rate the bread, especially compared to other low-carb options on the market. Creating genuinely satisfying bread with larger slices, high fibre, and without relying on sugar alcohols is something we’ve worked very hard on, so feedback like this really means a lot to us.

We also really appreciate your honest comments about customer support, and we’re sorry your email went unanswered. That’s not the level of service we want to provide. We’ve recently been investing a lot of work into improving our customer service systems and response times, as we know communication is just as important as the products themselves, so we’re hopeful customers will see meaningful improvements going forward.

Thank you again for both the praise and the constructive feedback - it genuinely helps us improve 💛

Thank you so much for sharing this 😊 We’re really pleased to hear you’ve been enjoying the bread and that it’s been such a helpful part of managing your blood sugar after living with diabetes for so many years.

Thank you so much for such a lovely and detailed review 💛 We’re absolutely delighted to hear how much you’re enjoying both the bread and the pizza bases - and we agree, they make such an easy quick meal 😊

It’s wonderful to hear the products, packaging, and delivery have all been working well for you, and we especially love hearing that you keep the freezer stocked so you always have low-carb favourites on hand. The 700g seeded bloomer and thick sliced loaf have become real favourites for a lot of customers!

Knowing our products are helping make your low-carb lifestyle easier and more sustainable genuinely means a lot to us. Thank you again for your support and for taking the time to leave such thoughtful feedback.

Thank you so much for the lovely review 😊 We’re really pleased to hear you’re enjoying the bread - especially the soft texture and lack of that “strange aftertaste” that can sometimes happen with low-carb products.

You’re absolutely right about freezing too. Because the breads are made without many of the preservatives found in supermarket loaves, freezing is often the best way to keep them at their best - and we’re so glad to hear they defrost beautifully for you 💛

Thanks again for taking the time to leave such helpful feedback!

Thank you for taking the time to leave such honest feedback, and we’re very sorry to hear how disappointed you were with the meals you tried.

We especially understand your frustration after feeling hopeful that the products might make managing a low-carb diet easier for you as a diabetic. That makes it even more disappointing when the products don’t meet expectations, particularly around portion size and flavour.

Taste is always very personal, of course, but we’re genuinely sorry to hear that some of the meals felt bland or inedible to you. Your comments about the sauces and portion sizes are valuable feedback and will be passed on to the team for review.

Our goal is always to create products that help make low-carb living easier and more enjoyable, so we’re sorry we missed the mark for you on this occasion. We do appreciate you giving us a try and taking the time to share your experience.

Thank you so much for the lovely review 😊 We’re really pleased you decided to give the mixed box a try, and even more pleased that it exceeded your expectations!

Low-carb bread can be very hit and miss, so hearing that you found the texture soft and the taste among the best you’ve had in a while genuinely means a lot to us 💛 We’re delighted you’ve already come back for more and hope you continue enjoying everything you try.
