Very disappointed. I ordered 6 packs of granola. Never heard anything about the delivery. The next thing was notification that I was getting a refund. Why? Was it out of stock? It would have been nice if they had given reason.

I don't like leaving negative reviews, but . . . I ordered one week ago, got an email from Evie saying 'we're expecting it', then nothing. I contacted customer services and was told the item was refunded, no explanation. Is this company legit? Are you using customer's money for other purposes?

They had the product I wanted, when all the supermarkets had run out of stock. The price was reasonable as was the delivery speed. Happy to use again.

Ordered VOSS water in glass but they send it in plastic. I have checked web site and they have wrong picture under on description they say nothing ether it plastic or glass but on pictures glass bottles . Very tricky! Will NOT order again for sure , dishonesty 100% , I could buy plastic bottles twice cheaper on market

You took my order and money, sent me a cinfirmation of delivery by Evri and then subsequently decided to cancel my order without telling me. Pointless waste of my time staying in for a delivery for two days...

Easy to order, good price, pretty quick delivery.

My money was taken for the goods I ordered. Then I got an email to say its cancelled as they didn’t have the goods in stock. Then another notification to say they have processed a refund. At the point of adding the items to basket and checking out, you would think it would have been identified.

I am still awaiting product so cannot give a review

This company stated on their web site that they had certain stock for sale,they took my order and my money nothing said until 6 days later they messaged me saying didn't have any left so cancelled my order and said my refund would take 10 days,not acceptable 😡
