I can highly recommend!
Hot air ventilation was successfully replaced yesterday with standard heating with radiators. Job went quick and smooth within just one day!

Brilliant from start to finish, had Aircon put into our house we recently moved into, and exceptional from start to finish.

Claire was my main point of contact for most of it, and she went above and beyond for any requests I made and answered everything in dumb lingo for me.

The engineers I had for the install were Chris and Simon, they did an amazing job, pipe work looks great, followed all my requirements to a tee never once felt left out or lost during the entire process

10/10 will be coming back in the future, and I will be recommending them anyone who asks me about it.

As part of some house upgrades, we were looking to install a new gas boiler from our extremely dated oil boiler.
We contacted Lodge for a quote and the engineer who came out to do the survey was professional and knowledgeable. He was thorough in talking through the required works and how/where everything would go.
The quote was competitive and we were impressed so far so committed to an installation date.
On the day, two engineers turned up on time and worked extremely hard throughout the whole day to ensure all the old boiler/tanks/pipes were removed and the new ones installed. The work was tidy, professional and they had to overcome a few unseen issues due to the age of the house but took it all in their stride and completed the work within the day.

We are happy with the communication, work and price from Lodge so will be using them for future work if needed.

Great customer service and advice given about what was needed for our installation. Nothing was to much for this company. Would highly recommend.

My oil boiler had failed and I contacted LPH. They arranged for a surveyor to visit 2 working days later and he appraised the situation and gave me an estimate at the end of his visit. It turned about to be both the cheapest and most comprehensive and I accepted it. The work was done the following week by two very polite and helpful members of staff who installed the new boiler and at the same time upgraded my heating system, all within the day. They removed all the old materials and left my boiler house cleaner than when they started.

My first contact was Claire when I was making inquiries about a new boiler what a credit to the company very professional and so helpful. Simon worked his socks off and answered all my questions, work completed in a day I would recommend LPH to everyone.

On the day of the installation, the men came on time, they were very organised and respectful. They did an amazing job they were so careful and completed the job on time.

We found Lodge on a comparism site and requested a quote, very professional listened to what we wanted and discussed various options. Once we made a decision an action plan was put into place and a contract was agreed. A time was agreed and implementation was executed well within the time scale. The engineer was very professional and left the site spotless and as we wanted.

This is a small business. I found them through a quote comparison website that contacts three providers in the area and asks them to arrange quotes. They were the first to contact me and book in a visit and of the three quotes it looked to me like they had the lowest labour rate. They were quick to get in and do the work. The install date was four days after I accepted the quote (two business days).

Because they were so good at communicating, and because their prices were lower, I was worried about their ability to perform. However, the engineers who did the install were fantastic and everything is great now. I've not seen British contractors work so efficiently or for so long. They sent two men who worked nearly non-stop for almost 10 hours to do a job that is normally quoted as taking two days.

I'm very happy with the work they did and their willingness to communicate with me about the job. To me it looks like they keep their prices lower by being more productive on the job. However, because I don't have any experience with other installers I don't know that for sure.

From start to finish Lodge plumbing & heating were fantastic! The surveyor (very experienced ex-engineer) arrived on time, talked me through all options and answered all my questions. The quote was very competitive and after doing a little fact finding I had no hesitation in booking them in. Once again, very timely, super helpful, clean & tidy! My new boiler is everything I’d hoped for. Complex enough to do all I want, but simple to operate. At all times Claire responded to communications instantly. After care services have been great too. I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to recommend them, I’ll certainly be using them again!

great service from initial contact to installation. Claire was very helpful on the phone and Jack who surveyed the job was knowledgable, friendly and helpful. The engineers Simon and Sam were excellent; punctual, efficient, cleaned up after themselves, respectful, made time to answer our questions and nothing was too much trouble for them.
No hesitation in recommending them.

A First Class company, we would certainly recommend. Avery good service, from the word Go. Contact was made with the company, Ian the surveyor came out, in conversation he said that the quote would be with us that day, and it was. A deposit was paid by ourselves, and a date was given for the installation of a new boiler. Chris came to site, as agreed and set to work. He was working on his own, installed the boiler, and made some adaptions and alterations to existing pipework. On completion of works he commisioned the boiler, he left our house at 8.00 at night, without a moan, he stated that the boiler would be up and running on the same day, and it was. It was a great relief, after being without a boiler or central heating for 3 Weeks. We would Give11 out of 10 for this company. We would certainly recommend them.

I have worked with many contractors over the years, (some better than others!) but Lodge's engineers were absolutely first class. A great attitude, and perseverance to "get the job done properly", despite it running late, and them having a fair distance to get home.
I can't recommend them highly enough.

We replaced our Potterton Suprema Boiler, which was original installed and then moved when the extension was built by British Gas on both occasions, with a Worcester Bosch installed by Lodge Plumbing.
The issue was British Gas original wiring that Chris had to sort out over the weekend, and a Valve that needed to be replaced unexpectedly.
Claire was a total professional when we had to agree an additional price for the Valve replacement
The house was left spotlessly clean after the job was finished
