From making my enquiry with Head Office to today's installation, the experience has been brilliant.
Everyone has been so helpful and informative. Roy the engineer took time to explain how the installation would work, and made sure I was connected before he left.

This internet service was fast and reliable. The speed was close to my full fibre at home and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an internet solution for their caravan. LPIS were simple to deal with and easy to contact. The cost was incredibly reasonable too.

It was the young man who was outstanding in his work,personality but sadly i never got his first name only that his girlfriend was due to have their baby on xmas eve i wish him all the luck thank you

process of installation went smoothly, from my first contact with LPIS, to an installation date been set, and then installation yesterday, with installation taking less then an 1hr. and first impressions are excellent, my internet connection seems to be running a lot faster, so it's goodbye EE who over the past 18m have failed to deal with the constant ongoing phone mast issues in the Scarisbrick and surrounding area and welcome LPIS.

Guy was friendly and carried on with the job, he was so quick. WiFi brilliant now as oppose to other WiFi we had EE VERY POOR.

I booked the service after we were recommended by the caravan site after purchasing a new caravan.
The experience was amazing from start to finish!
The installer was so clean and set it up in under one hour.
The service is great and the price is good on a monthly basis.

Engineer was fantastic explained everything

Very fast installation only ordered 6 days ago. The guy was very quick with no mess and explained everything to us, we would highly recommend anyone in Hayling Island to use LPIS.

On a whole the service is good but you can guarantee when it goes off, it's after hours and no means of getting it rectified.
Previously been told it's because there are trees in the way blocking the signal but it is only a small park and there are no leaves on the trees now

Thay came installed and were very good and many thanks for being so helpful to my wife.
