Terrible customer services, bought the robot vacuum direct from their official ebay store, had an issue with the water tank for the mopping, they sent me a dust tank, which cannot hold any water.... Then after multiple messages, they now just ignore me..... If you want any kind of product aftercare or warranty service..... Then based on my experiences, then you might be left feeling let down.

Total scam artists. Had an issue with the water tank, still covered by warranty. Sent several emails and no reply. Eventually they replied and said they would send a new one. One month later several emails without a response from them. I got an email to say it was 'lost in transit' and to order one from Amazon and they will refund me. Sent them the confirmation and still no refund.....

J’ai été extrêmement déçu par le Lubluelu L20 Robot Aspirateur Laveur. Après seulement 4 mois d’utilisation, j’ai dû retourner le produit, et personne ne m’a même demandé le motif du retour. Le processus de remboursement est complètement flou : je ne sais pas si je vais être remboursé, ni combien exactement, surtout si le produit a été utilisé. Ce qui me frustre le plus, c’est qu’aucune solution de remplacement équivalente n’est proposée. En réalité, ce devrait être au vendeur de m’échanger le produit défectueux ou de m’envoyer un modèle équivalent, mais au lieu de ça, je suis obligé d’acheter un autre robot à un prix plus élevé. C’est très frustrant et injuste. Une expérience très décevante qui ne me donne absolument pas envie de recommander ce produit ni ce vendeur.

I purchased a new Lublelue robot vacuum cleaner from a third-party seller on eBay, with the transaction completed through PayPal. To activate and use the vacuum, I was required to register it on the official Lublelue website. Upon successful registration, I received a warranty confirmation and access to their mobile application, which I believed established a direct warranty relationship with the manufacturer.
Approximately 6 months later, the vacuum began to malfunction. I contacted Lublelue's support team, providing all necessary evidence, including video demonstrations. After a prolonged back-and-forth process (multiple rounds of waiting 2-3 weeks for a response and resending videos), the company initially agreed to a repair or replacement.
Unfortunately, after another long wait and my follow-up, I received a final response in which the company denied my warranty claim. Lublelue stated that they would not provide warranty service because the item was purchased from a third-party seller on eBay, not directly from them.
This position from Lublelue is unacceptable. The company requires product registration on its website for the item to be functional and provides a warranty, but then refuses to honor it, citing the place of purchase. The seller fulfilled their obligation by delivering the product. The issue lies with the product itself and the manufacturer's refusal to provide the warranty service they promised.
Conclusion: Be extremely cautious when buying Lublelue products from third-party sellers. The company's electronic warranty may not be valid, and you risk being left with a faulty product without any support.

Had the S60 for a month and out of the blue it just stopped connecting to the wifi. It won't turn on or off.
I've spent hours trying to sort it including following every instruction online. I've emailed support with every step I've taken and they sent a one line response asking me to reset it! I've already done this countless times. It's nearly been a week since I contacted support and I've had one reply so far. It's under warranty and I expect it to be replaced.
Very very poor customer service so far.
Update 11/08/25: I've still had no reply after sending numerous emails. Avoid this company at all costs.

Bought a vacuum/mop robot. It worked for a few months and now it just spins around in circles doing nothing. I have written to customer service three times, without response. Very disappointing!
Lubluelu - L15 & SD80
I have a Lubluelu "L15" robot vacuum and their AutoEmpty station "SD80" for automatic dust emptying and I have never been more satisfied with fully automated floor care at the fraction of the price of other LiDAR Robot Vacuums. I would recomend this for those who want automated floor care for just under 200.

Purchased the Lubluelu L20 robot vacuum, all worked perfectly up until about 9months of use and suddenly can’t vacuum a rug which it previously had no problem with. Contacted customer support to ask for advice and have been completely ignored.

A part broke. I have contacted them many times... Took a picture and they asked me if my camera lens is broken.... then, I get the same stupid canned message... but no reply to deal with the problem... very unprofessional.... DO NOT BUY LUBLUELE
Retour d’expérience actualisé – Remplacement rapide et robot à nouveau fonctionnel
J’avais initialement laissé un avis négatif concernant le robot aspirateur Lubluelu SL60 Plus (SL60D avec station d’aspiration automatique 2,5L), acheté en avril 2024, suite à une panne survenue après quelques mois d’utilisation et des difficultés rencontrées avec le service client.
Je souhaite aujourd’hui actualiser mon commentaire, car après de nouveaux échanges, le service client m’a finalement renvoyé un nouveau robot. Celui-ci fonctionne parfaitement à ce jour : il reconnaît bien son environnement, évite les obstacles et l’aspiration est toujours aussi efficace.
Je remercie le service client pour leur réactivité lors de ce second contact, même si la prise en charge initiale a été un peu longue. J’espère désormais que ce nouveau robot sera durable dans le temps et continuera à bien fonctionner.
En résumé :
Produit performant et efficace lorsqu’il fonctionne
Service client qui a su réagir et résoudre le problème en remplaçant l’appareil
J’espère que ce nouveau robot sera fiable sur la durée

Excellent robot cleaners but if something goes wrong don't expect a reply from the service team. I also ordered some replacement brushes and I haven't recieved them . Called customer service and that was a waste of time.
