No customer support nor service.
Ten months after purchase the cleaner has stopped working when it rolls off the base.
Contacting Lubluelu through it's website yields no results.
Bought via Amazon who offer no support. Lubluelu have disappeared from the Japanese site.
I suspect that this is a classic pump and dump operator where they flood a (country) market and then exit leaving customers in the lurch.
I sincerely hope you'll buy a vacuum from a reputable company.

Have tried repeatedly to contact Lubluelu as I ordered a replacement set of bags and side brush. 5 weeks in and no products or response to my emails. I have no choice but to claim via my bank. Very disappointed as the cleaner has been useful to date although a little unreliable/needy. Wish I had bought through Amazon not directly.

Clogs up endlessly, or spits out, I can't find an insurance company who insure this brand,
Nor can I return for replacementor refund .
Not happy 😒

Awful after sales and none existent…
Awful after sales and none existent customer service. Bought vacuum April. Fault by July. Emailed them 4 times and completed 3 contact forms. No response. Dont buy from Lubluelu.

Faulty product, zero customer service
I had the product for three months before it stopped working, after this I’ve had four emails to live chats and two failed phone calls to contact customer service. There seems to be no customer service and no one to contact for the faulty item. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

La livraison et l'emballage était nickel. L'aspirateur est très bien. Facile à monter et démonter. J'adore le support qui vous permet de ranger l'aspirateur et ses accessoires sans faire de trous dans le mur. La fonction automatique qui règle la puissance d'aspiration selon le degré de poussière est efficace. On peut aussi régler manuellement si ce n'est pas suffisant. L'autonomie sera de 15 minutes environ si vous poussez la puissance au maximum. Entre 50 et 55 minutes à la puissance minimale et 40/45 minutes en mode automatique. Je conseille de jouer sur les deux modes pour profiter de l'aspirateur au maximum. Il aspire bien les poussières, les cheveux et poils d'animaux. Mais il faut le prendre pour ce qu'il est un aspirateur d'appoint, pas un aspirateur traineau. Rapport qualité prix imbattable. Je le conseille à 100%. Le vendeur est très sérieux. Je l'ai contacté via le site Mano Mano car il me manquait la brosse de remplacement. Il me l'a envoyée gratuitement. De plus, tous les accessoires sont disponibles sur le site officiel de Lubluelu !
