Worst platform ever

Worst platform ever! Verification process takes forever along with redemptions! Lack of response from their finance team and you do not receive any updates regarding redemptions etc. Still waiting for over 16+ days and keep being told to be patient. There is no way to track your redemptions and customer service gets all pissy when you ask about your redemption status. They false advertise to draw you in but does not pay out in a timely matter. Would not recommend!!!! Spend your money elsewhere!

I have to update my last review

I have to update my last review . Lucky.me must’ve had issues in the past or they cut off redemption until they made enough money to pay people. Either way they finally paid me. It took 2 weeks so they keep their word and showed that they will pay . Thy need to update thei games and get a bigger variety but they do pay as of yesterday

I wish I had come here first

I wish I had come here first. August 26th, I logged in, clicked on redeem somehow and started to verify my account. There was no message about a technical problem with their payment processor at that time. BUT AS SOON AS I PAID FOR A PACKAGE, all the sudden there was. I had won over $100 pretty quickly. Hit redeem, and there was the message, of the technical error with their payment processor. Glad I only spent S10 at this place. Hopefully my information is somehow safe!! I do not trust them.

Thieves big time.

As everyone else said, THEY DON’T PAY. as soon as you redeem they give you this message: DUE TO A TECHNICAL ISSUE WITH OUR PAYMENT PROCESSOR REDEMPTIONS ARE CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER.
What a coincidence all players trying to redeem can’t, but your balance is just gone.
And look how they don’t even bother to answer any review.

I am giving this site a 3 because I finally got paid a month later . The slots are good and the payouts are actually decent too. Their customer service team is always available. I think they just have limited access to redemptions. All and all I will play again at some point ! Just taking a break because the waiting kind of stressed me out and I became discouraged to give anymore money to the site . Now I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt because they had a system compromised issue . I just wished they would of been a little more transparent with the steps they were taking to get their system back up and running . But I wanted to leave a review to let anyone reviewing their reviews know that they do pay as long as you meet all their requirements ! My pay out was only around $1200 but it was a good amount to see this morning in my account !!

The only error isn't in the gameplay it's in y'all not wanting to pay out your customers

They keep telling you that there's an error with your gameplay oh don't worry your balance is intact yeah but they cause the air to happen right before you would have been paid for the final spin or shot or whatever you just did so yeah your balance is intact minus what they're robbing you

This is the biggest scam social casino…

This is the biggest scam social casino out there. Avoid this site at all costs. They wouldn't let me redeem for 2 weeks and when they finally allowed me to submit a redeem, they denied the request and closed my account. This site is a SCAM.

Scam scam scam

Never in my life have I had a "social casino" make me pay for my winnings then I waited 10business days with no answers always the same we dont know we aren't sure. So I played the money to get it off my mind. I truly think they won't pay you I never seen this type of crap from any casino way better options this casino is probably ran by dingdingding rugpull!

The company doesn't process redemptions…

The company doesn't process redemptions but actively markets for deposits (without of course relaying they don't offer redemptions). Very deceptive. If redemptions are disabled, deposits should be as well, or the fact that redemptions are disabled should be disclosed. Seems almost illegal. In fact, I imagine it is.

Can I give 0 legit y’all need that option. The absolute lack of “support” is amazing. They claim they are a new site and are backed up with redemptions. No y’all are not processing redemptions and it shows. Then to request a redemption, have gameplay reviews only to have the funds back to my account to receive a there was an error please request again. 13 business days waiting for a redemption is WILD. They state 2-5 days then we try to process within 2 days then your useless support says in the terms it says may take up to 30 days. PICK ONE. Your 5 star reviews are clearly people who work for you because there is absolutely nothing 5 star about this. Every platform I’m on I will make sure no one uses this fake site.

Update... did get paid finally... Played and won but never got paid



Update*** from 1 star to 2 star finally got my redemption. Only took 16 days or so but yeah they payd up so thats good. But probably wont be playing here anymore just because.

Played and won. Made a redemption on July 23rd. It is now August 6th Been waiting two weeks still havent recieved anything. Talked to support and showed them a screenshot of their own words stating that "redemptions processed in two business days" they proceed to tell me that's a typo. And then tell me to wait 30 days to get my redemption. If you enjoy honest and legitimate gaming sites then this is NOT the place for you. Stay away, don't waste your time. They do not know how to operate

SCAM ALERT!!

Biggest scam I ever encountered. It's been 9 days and I'm still waiting for my redemption to process. It doesn't even show in the system anymore and the redemption tab but they say it still shows in their systems... Every time you contact them they tell you to be patient and I've not seen a single review of someone actually redeeming here you just keep getting the runaround.. their terms say three to five business days for processing.... Their agents tell me one to two business days and then another agent told me up to 30 days.. if they are legit they are the most chaotic disorganized and unprofessional sweepstakes site on the market do not deposit money here you will not receive winnings.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Please don’t believe any good reviews you see. I’ve deposited money and won and did my redemptions and it’s been almost 2 weeks and still NOTHING. Each time you try to reach out you get the same email with no clear advice on when you’d supposedly receive your redemption. I’ll be disputing the charges and getting my money back . Ridiculous!!

Do not give them your money.

PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU YOUR WINNINGS.!! Been communicating back and forth with these guys on my redemption just to hear that them go from 2-5 to 30 days to over 30 days to receive it. They are very vague and suspicious so don’t trust it and don’t waster your money. They want you to refer to their terms and conditions instead of their help center on their site but you can’t even access their terms and conditions to review them. They are the worst and are definitely a scam!
