This is a scam from the get-go they don't pay s*** and they're ridiculous amount of money you have to pay through don't waste your time it sucks

Withdrawal process makes it not worth playing there. Requested withdrawal January 16, as of today, January 30th, it’s not that I haven’t received my money — my winnings haven’t even been processed. After three days of reaching out for a responsible response in the live chat, I was disconnected and received no further assistance. This is a total and absolute lack of respect, and it seems to be a pattern with all their clients. I am truly disappointed. IT’S BEEN FLUSHED FOR 9 days.

This fraudulent platform will not pay out your winnings, yet they waste no time getting the money from you. They will give scripted reasons and mislead you into thinking your winnings are coming. There just like any other casinos, but they dont post there rules. For one you should never claim a bonus on any site. I see one post stating he won $3000 on the $50 they gave him and they took the $50 plus $20 for wire. Yes he probably did win $3000, but they would never let him cash out that much. You have to play through 60X and they let you cash out 10X the amount on the bonus.so the max he could cash out would be $430! And the free spins they offer are between $0.03-$0.86 depending on how hard the game is. I never use bonuses, but I had to see what they were hiding so I tried and there play through is 20X more then any other site and there free spins are horrible as well. But they refuse to post the rules. They make it sound fantastic and you spend your money and dont know the mistake you have made until after. Ive been playing games in LuckyCreek now for a year & a half. They are my favorite online casino. I haven't had any bad experiences with them, they are extremely friendly, and they are the only casino, out of many I have played at, that send me coupons in the mail, not email, which they do send emails too, but this company goes out of their way and sends me holiday cards in regular mail with coupons for free games, match bonuses, and I'm not talking about 1 or 2 coupons, I'm talking several, in one card that is printed out on a full colored, really nice huge card. They have really been the most friendly online casino I have ever had the pleasure to play at. I never asked them for anything, I'm writing this review because they have impressed me, and I believe they deserve a 5 star review. I love the variety of games and the customer service is okay but they take forever to pay out. The verification process is unbelievable. I think they should do the verification before allowing somebody to deposit money with them. They'll let you deposit and take your money ASAP. But to get your winnings it took over 10 days it's almost like they want you to play out your winnings.

Crooked as they come! Received a $50 Bonus but I had to play thru $3000. Which I did, and what I had left was to be converted to cash in my account! Played thru the $3000 plus they took out the $50 bonus money after my play thru. All I had to do was play thru the $3000 never said they would take out the original $50 bonus.

Terrible site! I have won over $900 in the past month. They only sent me $180 for ONE of my winnings. That was for a $200 withdrawal which they charged $20 to wire transfer to my banking institution. Honestly, I believe this casino is fraudulent and so are its staff. Based on the many negative reviews I’ve read here, I think it’s safe to say I won’t be receiving the rest of my withdrawals. VERY disappointed in “lucky” creek. They should change their name to “you’re s#%^ out of luck if you think we’re going to pay out your winnings to you.”

Withdrawals are a joke! No, it's not as easy as they say. You have to meet their criteria which is only a way to loose more money. I really wish I read the reviews before I spent money on this game.

I wish I'd read this before playing because many of the same things listed from other users apply to me. Won a bonus of $2400, cashed out (process was very cumbersome) then told they can only cash out $1000. Ok fine. I asked if the remainder would be credited back to account...they said the casino keeps that. I asked why play if they won't pay winnings and won't credit. I got no response. Crickets. Waiting weeks and still don't have the $1000.
