I like the site, but there's been some issues lately. I've been trying to cash out since last night, they made me do a tax form, delays, now they're taking all day to review a bank statement for a card that had already been cleared! I removed it for a second but that doesn't change the fact that I've made many purchases with that card, as well as all of my redemptions! Get it together guys seriously! Also they changed how their vip works so I dropped from sapphire down to ruby, and keep dropping, even one weekend when I deposited over $500! At this rate I'll never get back to sapphire, pretty disappointing

This has been my favorite online casino for a long time. They have instant payouts up to $2000 for the diamond tier. Birthday bonuses are top notch. Tier up bonuses are great. The diamond tier daily bonus is $2 which is great. The game selection is pretty good, but there are definitely some updated games I would like to play that aren't there. I wish they would have some sort of cashback or monthly bonus, but I cannot complain too much. I don't ask often, but they have a generous complimentary reward for the higher tiers surely based on how much you play. All things considered, this is the best online casino and has been for several years.

Only $700 and they claim 2-3 business days but im cashing out to a debit card. Debit cards are available for use 24/7 365. There are SO SO many better casinos. I cashed out $15,000 and $7500 with their competitors and got the $15K Within 12 hours and the $7500 in minutes. Lucky Hands obviously doesn't understand people won't play there taking several days to pay out a small amount. The nature of business is to competitive and we aren't stupid. These people are scamming you. This used to be a good website but ever since they lost a lot of their users You can never cash out more than you buy in. Sometimes when it displays a winning combination it doesn't reward you.
