Lucky Hands

Used to be one of my favorite social casinos but now the site takes 15 minutes to load up I could deal with that but today I was shooting fish and the game started glitching I had 12 sc so i backed out to the home screen of the site and all of the sudden all my sc was gone and they say it was because of bet change I didn't change bets and didn't even shoot enough to play maybe 1.50 if that

It’s not bad but if you redeem your minimum $50 and it goes to pending too fast, you can’t cancel to add more.
Mine was within 15 min which is great redemption time, but they only let you redeem once 24 hours.
I was up 200+ after redeeming the minimum $50, Because who knows if they’re going to let you win again and then when they do ,you can’t redeem it for 24hrs. Not like other sites who will let you redeem multiple amounts at any time. I don’t recommend that part . Otherwise the site is ok so far.
Only flaw I can see rn.
A Warning on redemption.

People can say what they want and that is their experience but my experience with lucky hands has been nothing but good. Customer support is there the wins are there and the redemption let me tell you these guys have the fastest redemption then any casino I have messed with. These redemptions are instant. They dont do alot of package promos but do have a daily bonus. When I have some dollars and looking to play alot of times lucky hands is where I go .

Absolute abomination of customer service. Horrible win ratios. What a joke of a site. Don’t spend your money here.

worst platform I've ever played I'm a diamond player I won one time right away 2500$ since then I've spent over 10 grand straight with out winning anything over $200 dollars and that's on top of the $500 in free play the gave me Also don't play this platform they bait and switch you and lie and say it's rng that could be true but that rtp% is so bad wouldn't matter if it was random or not

Loving this platform ... so generous and the games are amazing

Instant withdrawal. Love all the fish tables, only fifty two redeem. Most others are one hundred.

Favorite casino of all

The best online game ever played and payed!!!

They have very unique bonuses. Sometimes you have to go treasure hunting to find them. It’s very fun.

Great platform rang of all the popular games, I digged there birthday bonus it's worth the yearly wait. Customer support is great when you reach an agent.

I would give 5 starz but then this review would look fake, but 4.5

The daily is nothing to big but they are consistent I don't know if you can level with gc the ones I find out I'll come back and fix this review

I was playing the last few bucks I had sitting on my acct and went to fish tables and OmG they’re my new favorite!! I got my first redemption and did have to verify a bank statement but customer service was all over it and responded to my emails instantly and then got my direct to debit this AM I really love that I took a chance on those 🐠 thank you Luckyhands!!

The best ever fast redemption great games bonus and tier benefits I love it 😍

I love lucky hands they have a great platform and a variety of games especially shot to win games .

This place is one of my absolute favorites, quick redeems and awesome customer service.

on April 24th I played on this platform, for 2 hours or more and WoN ALOT of money $244,000 actually. I was then informed there was a glitch in the gaming platform Zoot, a third party, and because of this all game play was void, and they also would be DELETING the gaming history from my account. I'm just not ok with this. my contact to play was through lucky hands and at $60,000 I had a live chat with their representative because I was in shock and wanted to confirm if these were indeed real funds that I could redeem. She congratulated me and said it was, and then explained the verification process. I played several games and won substantial amounts through out my play. I have screenshots of my progression from the beginning to the end where they locked my account. I would NOT SUGGEST this platform as they are not honest and do not follow good business practices- deleting gaming history? BIG RED FLAG of covering up a win they don't want to pay out on... smh. I'm contacting they Attorney General office and whomever else u need to. it's not fair that they can just say oh sorry about that but ... ..

Bought the welcome pack $10 for 30 sc and won over $300!! My account was verified fast and my redemption came in only a couple hours! Awesome experience and highly recommend! Will definitely be returning!

Easy cash out and receiving of payment.. Good choices for different types of games and good experience overall..

wish they had better daily bonus
