First of all dont believe the positive reviews, they push incentives for good reviews.

Which totally is understandle if you have had to deal with their support team.

If you have a simple question and just were unable to find your text book answer, they are 5 stars.

However, if you have a legit issue that requires them to actually read, listen, and comprehend you. Forget it.

You will get same bot liike answer over and over, and over. Until you get a decent support agent.

Asking for superviser is a joke in itself. They will say they have given you the answer and there is no further assistance available type answer.

My absolute favorite part is when you get different answers if you wait week or 2 and try again. Took me over 2 months to get them to let me submit my ID to be verified. 2 months and contacting support over 5 times or so.

Same text answers over and over or worse step backwards. Until you actually get someone that does their best to actually help.

Twelve agents, repeating everything over and over despite showing and telling them you need further help. Frustration unbelievable.

Why I sit here saying, why am I trying to be a loyal playing customer to these incompetent, joke of a sweeps, why? My bad. Time and money I will never get back.

So unless you have smooth sailing and dont expect true help, then dont bother. Plenty other places to play. Over 2 months trying to get verified to play with my wife and sorry babe not happening. Verified but not in time.

Had to add this update (7/20/26)
Was contacted 7/14 by customer service management asking if they could review my case history. They said they could see and understand my frustration and was concerned the way support was handling it.

So I reply with sure, please do. If anything it may help others in future in dealing with support.

Six days later, and have not heard a peep. I assumed that once I said yes they would have atleast said something in return.

Just replied to them asking if they remembered contacting me...

They are all hype and show on fb. They do not respond to anyone about anything on fb or in app chat.

Ps my wife has been with them since they were in creation mode. Last month (over a year since opening, maybe 2), she asked support if they could close her current account and reopen a new one because she had spent over $500.00 in a 45 day period and hadnt won enough to cashout anything. She one once, 50 bucks in a years time. To date she has redeemed 3 times, 50 bucks, and has spent over a thousand. She plays daily atleast 5 bucks. Rarely wins.

Don’t do AMOE’s to this site. They dropped from 3 sweeps coins to 2 and will not credit them. I stopped after it dropped to 2 coins and one year later …. Still no credits.

On their end they say it's legit but im traveling and where im staying region is not supported, provided them with my life 360 to show im not in the area ( let alone they say IP address for transactions were out of the state im in. Ppl who play please be careful. You win and in time they will get their money back without your permission. Its a hassle to fight them.

I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication and the extremely long wait for my W-9 verification. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, and each time I’m told my case has been “escalated to the proper team.” Unfortunately, nothing has changed, and no one has followed up with me. It’s frustrating to keep receiving the same response without any actual resolution or timeline. If your account requires verification, be prepared for delays and poor communication. I hope the company improves its verification process and customer support because I do enjoy their site.

Like many of you, I recently noticed this site was offering daily deals.

Which was unusual because this site has been open for YEARS and they normally have ZERO promotions.

Everything was going well at first. They have a clearly labeled timeframe for redemptions on this site and they processed my initial redemption with no issues.

I kept buying the sales and submitted a redemption on June 24. I missed the deadline for same day redemptions but according to there terms of service I should have had my redemption processed the next business day, June 25.

It is now Sunday night June 28 and I still have not received my redemption.

I contacted customer support and initially they lied and told me my redemption was submitted after 3pm so it would have to go through the “standard” process.

When I corrected them and told them that they have a clearly defined timeframe for redemptions.

They lied again and tried to claim I wasn’t high enough VIP level.

I’m gold VIP and it clearly says redemptions not submitted by the 3pm deadline will be processed next business day.

To summarize when a site simultaneously increases there sales while delaying redemptions it means they are about to rug pull.

I would strongly advise you not to deposit here. They aren’t processing redemptions currently

The recent Playson tournament was found to be fraudulent. Most games posted by Lucky Hands as being part of the tournament were actually not. They were made aware of their mistake while the tournament was on going but did not want to stop it or correct their errors. A lot of people wagered a lot of money on the wrong games. I was asked by them to not say anything until their “investigation” was complete. The actually tournament games are listed in the official rules. Most games listed on all of Lucky Hands media sites are not on the official rules list. More than half the games listed they do not even carry on their site. Playing the games they listed did not count towards the tournament as they had you believe . They have simply said they do not care about their players.i have the full transcripts of all the findings and conversations with them over weeks and it is a shame.
Side note: Lucky Hands has tried flagging this for being defamatory and lost. If you played in this tournament contact their support and demand a refund!

After viewing the company’s response I will edit my review to show the games advertised, the games in the official rules, the games they listed which they do not even carry, and the transcripts showing the conversation. Allowing players to wager thousands of dollars knowing that those games were not in the tournament nor even available on their site is to me fraudulent. Let me also say that I do like this site. It’s easy to use and the redemptions are fast. If it wasn’t for how they operated the tournament and how they conducted their business after I would give them 5 stars. But this can’t be swept under the rug. Below is a copy of them continuing to tell me the games that they wrongly listed would actually count. They did not. Also what they asked when I wanted either myself or them to stop the tourn or post on their media about the games being wrong:

Absolutely fantastic! One of the best sites to date. There’s is a little frustration within the functionality of the game. Im unsure whether or not it’s on their end or mine tho. Games constantly glitch out when trying to load, or even sometimes when you’ve just gotten a bonus game or big win. It reverts you back to the main page and that’s aggravating. Luckily it goes back into the game with where you left off waiting, but it’s still frustrating. Other than that I highly recommend. The wins honestly make up for it. I’m usually pretty confident that if I’m putting in $30-$50 I’m definitely going to win enjoy to be able to redeem. Oh and the redemption!! It’s instant with skrill, literally instant.
