My wife and I were referred to Lucra, after our existing broker failed to secure us a new mortgage with our current provider (I'm a company director, which always makes mortgage applications more complicated). Immediately Darren, Matt and Isabella had a solution for us - they were attentive, professional and clearly very experienced with handling more "niche" lending scenarios. They managed to secure us a new mortgage with our existing lender for our onward purchase, ensuring we avoided an early repayment charge. We're delighted with their efforts and would very much recommend them.

Used Lucra for my purchase as a first time buyer. Ben my mortgage adviser was faultless and made the whole process so simple and easy! Even though the initial lender we applied with declined due to some credit issues I wasn't even aware of, he was straight on to finding an alternative and we had our mortgage offer within a few days with another lender! He made what could of been a really stressful experience a painless one and constantly kept me updated throughout the process. Our experience was very straightforward, we didn’t have much knowledge about the process so we wanted the easiest possible process. That’s what we’ve got, with the right mortgage found easily, but also house insurance, life insurance, solicitors and the house survey were all done with Lucra’s help.

Worked with Ben and Isabella to get our mortgage sorted on a house we really wanted. The process was tough but only because of the lend we needed. Ben worked extremely hard to get this mortgage sorted for us as did Isabella keeping us updated with things. Highly recommend using Lycra mortgages and will use again the future

Needed to get a new mortgage offer urgently due to delays meaning current one had run out but completion is fast approaching. First spoke to Tim and Neil on Monday 20th November and, due to their efficiency and organisation, a mortgage offer has been issued today, meaning no further delays and into new home by Christmas! Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you!
