Darren has been absolutely brilliant helping us sort out or mortgage for our new home. We had some hurdles to overcome and his advice helped us to secure our dream home and a good rate. He explained things to us in simple terms so we understood everything properly and was very responsive to emails. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my future mortgages. The mortgage was one thing we didn't need to worry about, and that was down to Darren!

Keana helped us with insurance and did an amazing job. Again, took the time to explain everything in simple terms so we understood everything and worked hard to get us the best deals for us.

I found Lucra Mortgages through a marketing emailing in relation to a new build development. I decided to enquire. I was set up with an appointment with Tim and y the end of the first call (30 minutes) I had a great plan and applied for an AIP.

Within 3 days I had put an offer in on a house, 3 days later the offer was accepted and a lender chosen. Another working day letter I had an offer in my inbox and I'm currently awaiting contacts!

Tim was exceptionally helpful, approachable and professional. He replied to emails openly and quick. Nothing was a silly question and he made the process unbelievably easy and efficient.
