Beatrice Rodgers and her colleagues have enabled the sale of two properties for me whilst acting as Executor for my husbands estate.

Really Enjoyable Experience

Matthew was a delight, he was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. Overall a very good experience.

We organised a viewing with Daniel, he was very responsive, accommodating and welcoming. Before and during the viewing, he answered all our questions with great knowledge and professionalism.

1. In June, it took them ALMOST TWO MONTHS to replace and remove a broken fridge.

2. Continuous delays by contractors when there are emergencies such as mould in my bedroom.

3. S. has a very unreliable and unresponsive property manager so far.

Daniel the letting manager was very nice, explained everything, took time to answer all the questions and show the property.

He did a good job showing my housemates potential flats that we could rent

They always made it very easy to arrange viewings of the property and even arranged a meeting with the seller so I could ask some questions directly.
