Jibby at the Oval Lettings office again provided a thoroughly professional service, securing fresh tenants when tenancy expired and ensured a seamless transfer from one tenancy to the next.

I rented my flat through Ludlow Thompson Oval. Jibby Philip was highly professional and thorough. He communicated clearly, responded to questions quickly and was proactive in helping. Overall he offered an excellent service and made the process smooth.

We started using Ludlow to rent and manage our flat in Vauxhall about 5 years ago.

We entered into the relationship with an open mind and it has been a very good experience for us.

Jibby the overall manager is great to work with - he has done a fantastic job for us (finding tenants and across the life cycle) and has always made us feel like we are in safe hands. From our perspective he’s the face of Ludlow

We also have a super responsive property manager Sushmita who keeps our tenants happy, which is super important she swiftly deals with issues

I had a property viewing with Ashley. He was a professional agent and I was happy with his service.

They are extremely professional and helpful people, and I am happy to say they were kind and supportive through the process of looking for a flat. Ashley was exceptional. He went the extra mile to make sure the viewing went perfect and you could tell he also cared not to disturb the previous tenant. Would recommend 10/10!

Agency is a scam. Communication is poor and they withhold information in the name of cooperate greed. I would not recommend unless you want to waste well over a week to end up with them going back on their deal.

Worst company I have ever had to deal with!!

Highly unprofessional, you have to chase them up for every single issue as they will completely ignore you, you will be told different things from different people from the team making the whole thing complicated!

They have been very unclear about their intention about the house as after taking the deposit they have then made up an excuse to put the property back on the market

Honestly never struggled so much with an agency! Completely a waste of money and time in a challenging situation like having to move into a new property

Also the team have been very rude and they didn’t even responded to our calls, and after days they send an email saying that they wanted to cancel for no reason without any prove, after asking them for nothing but a report!!

Ludlow Thompson were easy to arrange a viewing with over the phone. Our agent Daniel Scott was really professional and knowledgeable about the property and area and very patient bearing with us while we tried to find the property. Couldn't rate highly enough.

Daniel was wonderful, he stayed and waited for us when we were late due to getting lost after work hours. he was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to listen and answer all of our questions even after 7 pm.

Unfortunately when going for the viewing we got lost and ended up at the wrong flat however Daniel was nothing but helpful and communicative to assist us in finding the correct location.

Adam Soul has done a great job in showing us the property that we intend to purchase. He has responded to our queries, found out information that we have asked for and has been encouraging, knowledgeable and polite.

Alina was knowledgeable and helpful. She was also just efficient in helping me with my search for a property.

Alina was a great help both before and after the viewing I had. Information was promptly provided or requests taken away and dealt with. If I was looking for property in the area again I would definitely recommend Alina to help with a search.

I have been a landlord with Ludlowthompson at Finsbury Park for the last 10 years and have 2 of my rental properties fully managed by them. The Lettings Manager, Daniela Gomes, has always been extremely helpful with any issues I have raised from rent increases to finding new tenants to assisting with maintenance issues.
