Great customer service!
Long time Lumos customer but had an issue with a couple of my Firefly's. Reached out to customer service and they got back to my right away. After a couple questions they were able to determine that a replacement was in order which shipped promptly. Great product and great customer service. Well worth the money!

Well made product and wonderful customer support
Well made product, works great and terrific customer support, had a light that was not lasting as long as advertised, they answering my email in 2 days and had a new one coming free of charged the next day. New one worked perfectly. Love the product, own their helmet and 2 fireflys, really can be seen after dark, get plenty of comments

Exceptional Service and support.
Recently I had an issue with my helmet. After some swift trouble shooting tasks, my helmet did not respond. Lumos provided excellent customer service and provided me a replacement that exceeded my expectations! I am impressed and very happy!

Really clever designs and greatly increases safety on the road, the turn signal functions and synchronized Firefly lights are great ! Love them.

Excellent helmets

All of the support team handled my warranty claim issues without any questions and very promptly and professionally! I purchased a Lumos Matrix helmet last summer and I love the fit/comort/design/functionality of this product. Super service
I've had the Lumos Kickstart for many years and am still thrilled. It offers me a lot of security. Unfortunately, the charging cable for the helmet broke. The remote control was also worn out. Since the remote control comes with a charging cable, I ordered it. However, the plug on the remote control was changed to a USB-C plug. Therefore the cable did not fit my helmet. As a courtesy, Lumos also sent me the charging cable for the helmet. A great service that makes me even more excited about the great products from Lumos. Keep it up

Great service and products !
Ordered a set of Fireflies lights for my bike. Fast delivery and great quality ! One of the mounts had a fault, but after a few mails with the after sales service, i got a new one in a few days.

Helm Top Fernbedienung Flop
Habe den Lumos Ultra Helm mit Fernbedienung für die Blinker bestellt. Der Helm funktioniert super. Die Fernbedienung funktioniert im Sommer einwandfrei, nur unter 12 Grad geht sie nach kurzer Zeit aus. Liegt die Fernbedienung dann einige Zeit im warmen geht alles wieder ohne Probleme. Der Support schrieb mir dazu dass die wohlfühl Temperatur zwischen 15 - 30 Grad liegt. Was für Deutschland natürlich unpassend ist. Daran müsste noch gearbeitet werden.

However, our remotes while not recommended to use under subzero temperatures for prolonged times, we always do recommend bringing this to a normal ambient temperature after your rides. That being said, they absolutely can be used in the temperatures you've mentioned so please do send us an email and we may be able to help you out with the current remote. :)
