Great item that arrived earlier than expected!

Responsive customer service. I ordered a medium, which fit really large. Exchanged for a small (I'm 5'10" and 185 lbs), and this actually fit me better. They are definitely an oversized fit. The exchange took a little while for the credit to go thru. But they were very helpful and it came thru eventually. I love the product. High quality, warm, very cool!

At first I was concerned due to the long delivery time, but I finally received my "Nine Worlds Cloak". It feels sooo good and I am very happy with the service and fast response to my mails when I had questions.

Great communication and good product. My coat took a little longer to arrive, but I like that support was updating me on its status. Coat arrived, it looks great, can be worn at home as a warm robe or outside as a ln outer wear. True to size. I am true US 2X and it fits just right. Nice to see that it’s made in US, I like to support local businesses.

First off, company advertises 15-20 business days for crafting. I placed my order Feb 1 2023. By March 19th, it still hadn't been shipped, and customer service was refusing to give me any updates about where my order was and refused to refund my order. I had to open a PayPal case to get my money back and did thankfully. There have been numerous complaints about this company throughout social media and BBB. STAY AWAY from this shady company.

This is my 2nd time ordering from this guys. I go to far east aisan countries each year and I like to have to newest trend. They quality and looks and craftsmanship that they bring in thier products are implacable and superb. But one thing that makes this company to stands out is not the quality of thier products but rather thier customer service. They reached out each time to make sure that I got my items, they followed it through each step of shipments and creating the item. I definitely recommend this guys, specially if you like to wear something very cool and different.

SUPER SLOW SHIPPING & PRODUCTION TIME!

Be ready to wait at least 1+ months or longer to get your product. They do not work any faster than that. A month later and I am still waiting for my product.

I originally gave 5 stars when I first received my constellations blanket but a couple of months down the road and the condition of the material is awful! It’s frayed at every seam possible and for the cost it is not worth it at all! You get better quality at the knock off market!

Complete chop shop; Lunafide needs to be put out of business! NOTHING looks like their pictures, and customer service is HORRIBLE!! China BS, zero quality, RUN FAR AND FAST!!

Firstly as I waited for so long I was expecting something spectacular.

Don't get me wrong the leggings and top is nice but no better quality than some of the items I've got from shein, it is waaaaaay over priced for what it is

Best piece of clothing I’ve ever ordered in my life.
Everybody on here complaining about shipment time has nothing better to do with their life. The audacity to complain when something isn’t delivered as fast as YOUD like shows egregious entitlement and shame on all of you. This product is absolutely incredible and even more beautiful in person. Well worth the month wait and will definitely be ordering more for my girlfriend and family. For a thinner cloak it’s VERY warm.

This is the worst company I've had the misfortune to order from. They claim their products are made in America, but they're clearly made in a Chinese sweat shop by people who don't know how to sew or follow a pattern. I ordered one shirt and a hoodie and the hoodie came in with the waist band sewn upside down. Since it was a Christmas present it was unopened and they would not exchange it. "Bella" gave me a 25% off coupon. I ordered two more T-shirts, thinking "well, maybe it was just a fluke". Nope! The left and right sleeves are switched on one of the shirts. I will NEVER order from these people again. Garbage claimed to be made in the USA.

I placed a order on Jan.3 2023. I knew the process of waiting for the order to ship out (not counting the weekends or the mlk holiday). I waited until the end of January to send a email for tracking purposes to see the progress made on the item (Fenrir robe). I was told the robe was having finishing touches put on it, which is understandable. A few days go by, (not including weekends) and still no shipping date or information sent. So I emailed them again. For 1 week I had no answer. Second week came around and Bella emailed me saying they received a massive order swamp. I asked her what does this have to do with my order, which she claimed in email previous weeks ago, was almost done. She apologized and said she would escalate my order. Few days go by and nothing. So I emailed them again, and Bella said she didn’t know what stage my order was in despite telling me two emails back her crafting team was sending her real time updates of my order and they were supposedly cc’ing her manager/supervisor as well. Now I’m thoroughly upset because 1.) it takes 10 business days to craft a simple robe per their own website, 2.) I have ordered cloaks during the pandemic and received the orders in less than a month and a ultra cloak and received it before Christmas despite placing the order in the middle of December 2022. Had I not emailed about my order I wouldn’t have known anything nor would they have emailed me to keep me updated with my order. Went out in a limb and purchased a robe that’s over 100 dollars only to be lied to repeatedly. I’ll never purchase another thread from this store or site of whatever it is.

I have no doupt that Lunafide is a fine company and the clothing they provide is more then adequate. I can't say for sure though because I never recieved my package. They shipped with DHL and I can't express this enough, avoid DHL at all cost they are rude unhelpful they consistently lose packages and shirk the blame. They are an incredibly unprofessional company and until Lunafide stops doing business with them I will never make another purchase and I suggest everyone do the same until DHL is no longer the ones they use to ship their goods.

Do not be a person who needs customer service. They will not help you. I ordered a gift for my dad during the Christmas season as the site said it would be done being made in two weeks. Then when those two weeks were up i had still received no update on the state of my gift. Then after another couple days i inquired if maybe those two weeks were business days or not and i was then told it was 20 days .After a month and some they finally sent it off. I didn't realize untill it was too late that they sent it to the wrong adress. After noticing it i tried to get the post office to hold it or redirect it but Lunafide had to do that. When i tried to reach out to lunafide i was met with screenshots of policy and shoved off. I will never order from a place that so thoroughly doesnt care about a disappointed customer who they ruined a Christmas of.

Be more up front with your customers. Dont say your escalating an order if your not actually doing so. Ive waited over a month and a half for my order to be completed. BUYER BEWARE!!! I ORDERED ON DEC 3 2021. Some of my items shipped. They have been vague with their email responses. Have claimed to escalating emails to managment. The next email supposedly came from their ceo. I replied back to it because it said if i wasnt happy to respond. So i did. Email went back to their customer service dept. Still no update on my order.

Don’t buy from this company. I placed my order on November 29th, and while they don’t work on Saturdays and Sundays; it still took them 48-days altogether for them to give me a tracking number. They claimed it was because of the holidays, but I’ve seen other people say that their order has taken that long, and it wasn’t during that time of year.

I will never buy from them again because they couldn’t provide me with a picture of my hoodie being made; they couldn’t provide me with any evidence that my order was taking so long because they were fulfilling others that came before them. When I asked to speak to someone else, suddenly my order shipped out.

I kind of want to burn the hoodie just out of spite. I already lodged a complaint with Shop and AfterPay. I will continue to warn others in the Viking community to not buy from them if they want a $70+ hoodie FAST.

I ordered the Valhalla Stag hooded blanket with the premium Sherpa lining and I am OBSESSED! It is so comfortable and so well made. Five stars from me! I will be ordering more apparel in the future for sure.

I ordered a coat from Lunifide for my adult son. He picked what he wanted and sent me the link. Ordering process was simple and direct. The wait time was average for a hand made garment. I highly recommend this company of people.

The coat is well made, colorful and comfortable. My son said the coat was a soft hug. He loves it!

Great experiance overall, the CEO emailed me personally after i inquired to how much longer it would take to make and receive the item, i was answered back quickly and accruately. The item itself is amazing, such fine work. Definitely going to be buying more in the future!
