I really don't know where to start but I can say that the customer service team help me out ,they got back to me to see what the problem was then did everything in there power to get the best solution for me it's only been a day but my refund was guaranteed and is on its way back on my card . Just want to Thank the team for everything

Pending refund is easier to receive

They're customer service department was great. Someone charged fraudulent charges on my credit card . And the jumped right on it and refunded my money. It was a delight working with them.

Thanks to your support team I was able to get a return of money to my financial account. Sometimes we are on sites that use ads that pop up and before you can correct something, you have unintentionally subscribed to a service. Appreciation to your company for understanding and maybe I can afford to be a member of your services in the future.

Took money out of my account after it was cancelled
Refused to refund full amount
Had to threaten to go to my bank
Transaction was reversed and the next morning it was taken again…. This place is ridiculous

I'm pretty confused about the whole website pretty sure it's a scam just doesn't make any sense I was trying to get myself sec toys then suddenly I was on a page saying how to spend my credits
