I called for a refund because I never made the transaction. I called but didn't have a chance to finish the call because of bad phone connection. The little bit that I did get to explain the rep heard me and I got a email stating I would be given a refund.

They worked with me on fixing the issue and they were very fast about responding to my email.

Company response very quickly to any problem that customers may have and make sure they okay.

I was misled in ordering something else and I am not happy but they have been very nice about it

Got bank to me instantly and refunded my funds!

They are thieves working either other companies to scam you.Once they got my account info they started charging my account. Understand 4 charges were made on my account within 30 to 45 seconds. I did not approve and wouldn't have known except my bank sent back to back to back notifications to my phone for $25, $30, and $20 charges all within around $30 to $45 seconds

This is my second review of this company as the first review was all positive because I was told I couldn't get my money back unless I gave a positive review but, instead of a refund they gave me store chedit for purchases I didnt make and credit from stores I dont even know.

This company is a scam and will steal from you so use with caution or dont use would be my actual advice.

I did not appreciate the false advertisement. I never received the item which was the slushi machine . Then right after the 9.99 was deducted another 27.99 was deducted and even after I cancelled my services two days later the co tried to deduct more lovey so I closed my debit account

Buenos dias, en meses anteriores específicamente el 05 de mayo tmy el 07 del mismo mes me rebajaron de la cuenta unos montos que no gestioné y despues revisando era una suscripción a la empresa de ustedes, por lo que opté por desencribirme y me indican que necesariamente debo dejar reseña. La verdad no entiendo el porqué suceden estas situaciones, quise ingresar a comprar un producto en una aplicación y sin saber ya estaba suscrita en su empresa, quedo atenta a la devolución de dicho monto debitado. Muchas gracias por el cupón de los 30 euros pero a la fecha no estoy interesada
