Accidentally signed up for this service. Contacted them to cancel. At this point it is supposed to be cancelled, will wait and see if another charge is charged to me after this or not. Seem to of corrected this mistake.

Good products

I never realized I signed up for a membership with them however, as soon as the first charge was taken from my acct, I quickly contacted them to cancel. This was very easy process and was cancelled on the spot. They have also contacted me about a refund which I wasn't expecting so 5 stars!

Paula was one of enough to refund me for a survey I had completed but did not see that there was a monthly membership. I will consider signing backup when I can afford a monthly subscription. Thank you again for understanding Paula!

Website and service was not what I expected. Spoke with Ann about my issue and she advised they would honor m refund. This was great as I didn't wanna be stuck with a subscription I was unhappy with.

I was unhappy with so many reoccurring charges and nothing purchased and was unaware of a membership being committed to, but Diamond resolved all of my issues promptly.
