Have not received a tracking number and items

Good quality Hoodie lowkey, thought i would get scammed or someshit from the previous reviews but I got it in like under a week probably cause I'm from Aus.
Overall good hoodie

Just received my trackies for running and they fit perfectly. Only 3 days to get to me in Bright Vic so impressive delivery time. Will definitely be back.

I ordered a pair of trackies for my boyfriend for Christmas however they were a size too small. I got in contact with Lucy and she said if we returned them it would be ok and they could send me a store credit to repurchase in the right size. After I sent them back I emailed again asking if they had been received, which they had however Lucy said there was a visible stain on the pants therefore she would not be able to exchange them but could give me a refund. This is all very odd to me as they were only taken out of the package and tried on once and there was no way a stain could’ve gotten on them in that 2 minute period. After requesting a refund and sending 3 more emails following up, I have been completely ghosted. They now have my money and the tracksuit pants. Horrible.

Great quality but did buy express shipping and got it a week 8 days later

If I could rate this lower than 1 star I would. Poor customer after they sent a parcel to the wrong address, their fault as we have screenshots showing PayPal transactions. It’s their issue and they don’t want to know.
If you value your money don’t bother you’ll lose it.
They are unresponsive and won’t admit they are at fault.

The quality is great and it’s true to size the joggers are perfect and the bagginess is honestly great so don’t size up because it’s not needed at all.I got both grey and black and it’s simply incredible I would 100% recommend these.The jeans are incredible too slightly too big so I would size down but the quality and look is beautiful I would recommend this and the shipping only took 1 week with great communication by the brand.

had a great experience with my order. I ordered express and it came in 4 days interstate (to NSW) quality of these clothes is immaculate super comfortable and super warm. I ordered a S and 30’ in the hoodie and trackies and it’s definitely baggy so i don’t recommend sizing up just get your regular size.

Terrible customer service team & unresponsive communication. I initially requested an exchange for my order in which the team member Lucy responded very promptly and quick, no issues or anything. I however later emailed Lucy back on 12/11 to change it into a RETURN and shipped the items back.

Once they received the items, Lucy just replied back to my “RETURN” email saying they have received the ones I sent and have shipped out the new sizes on 19/11.

I then immediately told her that I already said I wanted a return instead of an exchange, and under their policy, my items are eligible as it was still within 14 days of the day I received the items (this was a pre-order). I didn’t receive any replies from then I started emailing the sales email & the customer service email etc. any emails i could find yet still no responses. There have been 5 emails sent to them so far.

Not to mention, when I placed the pre-order back in October 7, there was a MONTH delay until the items were shipped out.

Overall, TERRIBLE SERVICE AND OVERPRICED QUALITY.

Great experience. Bought a hoodie but had to return it in exchange for a different colour. Return was simple, and the supplier was responsive and helpful. Oh and the hoodie is super comfy. 100% recommend.

Unfortunately the parcel didn't arrive. Something went wrong in the post. In the beginning it was difficult to contact Luther Melbourne. But after a few emails they refund the money.

Ordered a grey hoodie and they gave me a white hoodie. Tried to email and contact for a return but they never replied back and just ghosted me.

I’m not usually one to buy stuff from ads, but when I first saw some influencer trying on the trackies I knew I wanted them, I now got them in black and grey

The ordering process was exactly as advertised. Shipping was smooth and was notified about delivery times.

Luther Melbourne have terrible customer service, they say on their website if we have any issues to reach out. However after 3 emails they still haven't replied and have given me no update on the whereabouts of my item. Disappointing as I really looking forward to trying out this brand and now I wont ever be recommending it.
