De selger varer som er noe helt annet på bilde en det man får. Når man klager er det umulig å få returnerer dritet de har solgt deg. Får rabatt koder for å kjøpe mer søppel. Nei styr unna dette tullet her. 👍🏻

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE……..

I placed an order on 12/1 with this company and have yet to receive a notice of item shipped/tracking info. I surely felt I would have my order by Christmas for gifts! I can’t find a way to contact them as I keep getting an “email not valid.” I consider all of you with a response lucky as I want my MONEY BACK - Order #35390 ASAP!!

I ordered 2 pairs for £30ish in march and it didn’t arrive then I complained that nothing had arrived all of a sudden one pair arrived cheap looking silver earrings! I complained again now I’ve to send photos of packaging! Sort it out! Stay away from these scammers!

Elendig kvalitet på joggedressen som ble bestilt. Umulig å få returnere da de kom med tilbud etter tilbud om rabattkoder for å unngå retur.

De verzending duurde wel erg lang, maar de bestelde producten vielen niet tegen.
De service en het contact met de klantenservice is erg goed.
Let erop dat retourneren wel veel geld kost.

Total scam. Sent a shipping tracking number but it was different delivery address, items never received by me. No response to any of my emails. Total fraud, do not get caught out giving them money.

I have emailed 2 times to no reply to return an item hopefully this will make you respond to me I don’t know if my emails are getting lost I just want to return my item

Ordered an item. Did not arrive in the time frame specified, and no response to 2 emails and an account "contact" board.
Thank goodness for Pay Pal who refunded the cost.

I have emailed 4 times to no reply to return an item hopefully this will make you respond to me I don’t know if my emails are getting lost I just want to return my item

Do not buy items from this website. I made a purchase 7 days ago and it still says they are preparing the package. They are not responding to my message that I placed through the website. Terrible service and a waste of money.

I paid for express ndd only to have been told the warehouse had proposed it going out,after contacting the team or was then out out for dispatch which was followed by an email from the carrier saying it was ready then a few mins later another to say the supplier has cancelled dispatch so emailed again to be told it’ll be out for Saturday which I did receive however the postage I paid for was not honoured an as my contract was with Luvero a partial refund should’ve been offered an wasn’t an that’s common courtesy for not honouring our contract not something a customer should have to ask for so that’s why 3 stars an I shan’t be ordering again shoukd any off this be denied in a response I’ve all my screen shots from them an dispatch

Poor product, not enough moulding solution to complete

I had done two orders second was dispatched delivered very quickly but order was slow not to dispatch in the order details were correct sent email just over 10 days after my to clarify my details all I got was load nonsense about house number which is very clear in the order details and so nonsense about email they said then on 6 March I didn't receive any email and the other I did came to my correct as said that said I am very pleased with my items and the excellent over dispatch and delivery of my items today how it was lot better

Everything was as promised. Items were delivered on time as expected. I would highly recommend this company & I will 100% be using Luvero for my sexual needs.

Because it only takes batteries I’ve given it a four, had it been mains charged, I would’ve given it a five, however, wow!!

Amazing deals, ordered something by accident and within 10 minutes of writing an email I was refunded. Excellent service

Another shocking company. Paid 10.99 for delivery on a Sunday for a present and didn't arrive. Emailed them about it and they cancelled my order
