As discussed via email, the separate delivery address you entered was incorrect and Hermes did try to contact you. We have since refunded you and are awaiting Hermes to return the order to us.

Hello Gabriela,

I'm sorry you have felt the urge to leave a negative review after we have been communicating via email and there hasn't been any issues raised to us directly.

As per our email conversations, your order was due to be delivered on the 10th November by DPD but you requested them to move the delivery to the 11th November. DPD then attempted to deliver on the 11th but you weren't in. You then contacted DPD and asked them to return the parcel to sender which they did, we received it back on the 17th November and refunded you shortly after.

well i bought a squirting vibraiter from you as a present for a friend with delivery spent over £100 the water canister part of the vibraitor does not seem to sepperate from the body and the manufacturing quality rubbish

As discussed via email we have requested the item to be returned to us following our returns policy, this has not happened yet so we're unable to help you right now. As soon as you've returned the product we can go ahead and get it replaced for you.

I received my item what I paid £35 for emailed the website 24 hours later to say it was broke and it won't even charge and I've never got a reply back don't buy from here they won't get back in touch if you need them too 😡😡

Items not received

I made an order for the first time on the 29th July...I haven't received the order or an email to say the items have been dispatched...I've sent emails and submitted a form through there webpage and still haven't had any response. Shocking customer service.

I’m sorry to hear you have not yet received your order or any confirmation emails from us.

I have investigated this for you and seems your order has come through to us as a failed order from Clearpay however when I manually check the Clearpay portal I can see your order was authorised so it seems a website/system error between Clearpay and ourselves has happened and I can only apologies for this.

To make matters worse, the Cloneboy product you ordered is out of stock now and our next estimated delivery date from the supplier is Thursday 12th August.

Because of the delay I have gone ahead and refunded your order immediately.

I’m very sorry this has happened and I’m also sorry for the delay in getting back to you, we do try our best to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours, our customer support teams are working from home and we’re extremely busy, as a small family owned and operated business, we strive for the best customer service possible but sometimes we fall short as we have on this occasion.
