Thank you for your message. We just wanted to clarify that we are a pre-loved luxury handbag boutique, and we have never sold any socks, trousers, T-shirts, shirts, or other textile products.

We’ve recently received several calls, messages and even emails requesting refunds for such items, which appear to be related to another company. It seems many customers may have purchased from a different website with a similar name — LUVLUX — which is not based in London and is known for poor after-sales service.
