Hi Eva, thank you for your review. We take all of your feedback on board in order to help us improve our services.

After investigating further here I can see that a member of the team has been in regular contact with yourself over emails, other than over the weekend when the office was closed.

Please keep your correspondence via the customer service email only rather than multiple platforms to avoid any confusion and delays.

The customer service team has replied via email and we are very keen to get this resolved for you.

I am very sorry that you are not happy with your product. A member from the production team has been in touch.

Once we receive your return the returns team will Inspect the product and an Investigation can be carried out if needed.

We do work very hard to ensure that all online product images and shades are a true match. However we do highly recommend ordering a color ring or some shade swatches before placing your hair extensions order to ensure a perfect match.

Please kindly reply via the customer care email trail and we can get this resolved for you asap.

I am very sorry for any inconvenience this may of caused.

After investigating further I can see that you did order on the 9th November and production prepared and shipped your order immediately.

This was shipped on the 10th November using DPD

Our trusted manufacturer is based in china, as is many other big hair extensions brands.

Our hair extensions are sourced from the highest quality human hair only and can last for many years to come due to the sheer quality. Please refer to the many positive reviews on here left by customers who have been wearing the same hair extensions for multiple re applications.

We work very hard along side our trusted manufacturer to ensure each bundle of hair is made from the highest quality hair only.

Being completely transparent with our customers is very important to us here are luxe by she and the shipping policy page does include all of the information that our customers need to know.

We offer a 1-4 working days express shipping service.

Orders are prepared and shipped asap.

The team work hard along side the courier to ensure each order is delivered on time and we are proud to say that 99% of orders are delivered with in this time frame.

Unfortunately with any brand or courier service there is the odd order from time to time that may experience some delays.

I can see that the team had been in regular contact with yourself and had contacted the courier on multiple occasions to help escalate this for you and that there had been a delay due to the address provided.

I am happy to see that your order has since been delivered

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear you are not feeling satisfied with our services at this time.

After investigating further we can not find an order that is link to your name. Thank you for providing further information including an order number however the order number you have provided does not resonate with our order logs therefore I feel you may have us mixed up with another brand.

I can see that you had mentioned that you had worn the hair extensions for sometime with out following the correct aftercare or using the recommended shampoos or hair care products. Failing to follow these guidelines will result in the hair extensions becoming damaged.

Again we have checked our system but are currently unable to locate your order. Could you please reach out to our customer care team at luxebyshe@mail.com so we can look into this further for you?

Some bespoke items do need some production time and the length of this time will depend on the item however all the information relating to pre orders or bespoke items can be found on the website.

If your order was a bespoke item then the processing time needs to be taken into account.

We’re sorry to hear you’re not feeling satisfied at this time. Our team has been in contact and did offer a return option for your order. Our team was more than happy to assist you with any issue which was raised, however, you chose to refuse the delivery instead.

As stated in our company policy, which is available on our website some items are shipped directly from our overseas fulfilment partners. This is clearly outlined to ensure transparency with all customers.
