I purchased a Mini Jasmine ring as a temporary replacement engagement ring. It is absolutely stunning 🤩 unfortunately the only downside is the clasps catch on your clothes. Overall beautiful ring worth the money. Thanks to Heather for excellent communication during the delivery process :)

The absolute best jewellery brand. Always get so many compliments/people asking where my jewellery is from whenever I wear anything from this brand. I have used luxe emporium jewellery for years now and the quality is amazing, no tarnishing whatsoever & still feels brand new. The customer service is always impeccable & the girls are all so lovely and available to help. I think the pricing is amazing especially when the pieces are so high quality. I could talk about how much I love this brand all day, the best ever xxx

Ordered the Nalah ring to go with my Mini Jasmine ring and it is beautiful! Can’t recommend enough, the jewellery is amazing quality and can definitely say it doesn’t tarnish after wearing it almost every day for a year😍

Absolutely shocking when I complained about how long shipping was taking they sent it next day but in return I had to leave a good review my lord the quality is absolute shocking it looks like a ring from a Christmas cracker the diamond looks plastic nothing about that is top quality cz at all it’s cheap crap I paid £90 for this and it’s terrible I seen many other reviews the same all the 5 star reviews are from people being asked to and they will ship the item quicker if so awful company never using again

I have to be honest i cant review the products because they have not arrived !! My partner paid for next day delivery on TUESDAY 6 days ago and they are still not yet dispatched!! Absolutely absurd !

Really bad they wont deliver on time ordered for next day delivery a few days ago and still not arrived. Don’t recommend unless you’re willing to wait and not receive any updates. No way to contact them either other than an email which they don’t reply to

Ordered 2 ring and they are stunning, can’t believe how beautiful/sparkling they are. I’ve had loads of compliments asking where I got them from. They look expensive and well worth the money. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING!

i ordered two rings and wanted to return one from them due to the band being YELLOW not gold. i emailed them to start the refund and they said it would be fine. So I returned the gold ring and a 3 weeks later no refund so i emailed them for them to tell me it was already sent to me... it hadnt been! They admitted they got it confused and said they couldnt offer a refund because the 'silver ring' i 'returned' was broken. i let them know
that the ring i retuned was Gold, They got it wrong again! They then go on to tell me that it was pass the refund date so now they couldn't give me one! due to there own mistakes. it was a £130 ring so wasn't cheap. so now i have no ring and no money and they are refusing to give me a refund or send me back the ring! absolutely fuming and will never ever buy from them again. Disgusting!!!!!

After months of having their posts pop up on my social feeds , I finally bit the bullet and ordered Jasmine and Nalah and was very excited for them to arrive , they arrived beautifully packaged but sadly were the wrong size. Luxe emporium team were great they excepted the return, let me know they received it back and when my new set were on the way… Fab … the new set arrived back not nicely packaged as I returned them just in a parcel at but ok things happen . I work in food so these rings were for occasional wear nothing more . I work 6 days a week just to put that into perspective! I wore the rings 3 times and on all 3 occasions they went back in the boxes on the 4th time wearing them a stone fell out of the Nala ring I was shocked and a bit gutted but the gap could be hidden by the Jasmine ring easily so it was ok but they definitely lost their special feeling for me , over £100 on rings they were losing stones already :( fast forward 10 months the rings have now been worn around 10/12 times , Nala is now multiple stones missing and Jasmin is now a stone missing and both have lost they’re sparkle . I had such high hopes for these rings and I really do wish the girls well but for me they are not a company I would use again.

From viewing the product on social media to it arriving at my door was excellent, even when Royal Mail sent it to the wrong sorting office customer service was second to none.
When I received my parcel the excellence didn’t end there. The ring is stunning, and the team added a spritz to the wrapping which increased the experience. WELL DONE LUX EMPORIUM

These girls have blown any competition out of the water with their amazing, gorgeous jewellery.
I have received 4 rings recently all of them sparkle like crazy, look incredibly real and fit perfectly.
I have another 3 on order.
The customer care and and all communication is second to none.
