Firstly I’m so fussy and have the highest standards and only really wear “luxury”
Jewellery that has been gifted to me (Cartier, van cleef). Hopefully this helps for context! I saw some pieces as I’d heard amazing things and I sent a dm as I wasn’t sure and had some questions . Honestly I was so surprised at how quickly they responded to me and the team were SO LOVELY. I ordered a few items and they were delivered sooner which was amazing. The quality and tiny noticeable details in their packaging are absolutely stunning. Even their packaging smelt gorgeous. I’ve never taken them off I love them that much, no tarnishing and every one asks me where I got it from! If you’re unsure you won’t regret it! Feels even nicer supporting a business of amazing girls who truly care about their products and customers 🥰

I’m blown away by how beautiful my ring is, I ordered the Meghan and oh my god she doesn’t disappoint. I had originally ordered a size a little to small (completely my own fault) the girls at luxe were extremely quick to get this issue rectified and within a week I had a new ring in the right size. Can honestly say they bring the most beautiful designs to the table and believe me I ATE with my purchase. Thank you girls! ❤️

I ordered the ring in 2 weeks the ring colour started to wear off so i sended it back 2 weeks ago. Than they asked me if i want to exchange it or if i want another one and accepted to exghange it . I had to wait one more week to get an answer and now i have to wait until next week for it to be shipped so im not happy at all. I want to have a full refund and im still waiting for an answer .

My boyfriend proposed with a ring that was too small from Luxe Emporium as it’s my first ring, he had no clue of my size. He tried to order it all secretly and we were really gutted when the ring didn’t fit, I messaged the girls at L E and they have been the most incredible help- they went above and beyond to help me and I know now where my loyalty stands if I need any jewellery in the future. They have sent me out a bigger ring & honoured the BOGOF offer sending me the bigger ring AND a Necklace! I can honestly say they are the nicest people to deal with. I thought I had ordered in time for my 30th wedding anniversary. But by the time we went on holiday they had not arrived. I kept texting Heather really disappointed as my husband had nothing to give me on our anniversary. But she did everything she could to help me. When I text I was so upset due to been ill and disabled. I just wanted my rings. She never sent a nasty message back she was always calm and kept telling me not to worry. I had ordered custome made jewellery. So they take longer. I didn't no this. She went out of her way to me informed she keep checking and she would always email me back. Then last week I got a message from Heather saying. Everything is ready and it's coming out tomorrow. I had the rings and the other jewellery which my hubby has got me for my birthday. By 1pm the next day. They fit perfectly and are stunning. I would recommend them to anyone. Brilliant company. I am always scared about buying off Facebook ads as I have lost my money. But this company are definitely worth every penny. I am definitely buying more from them. So is my daughter. Heather you are a pleaser thank you for all your hard work. And for putting up with me for the last 6 weeks. xxxx

I have bought a mini jasmine ring, literally only two weeks ago as they can see themselves. I have only worn it twice however it has lost a stone. I have emailed and done their online enquire form twice but no one replies, they seem to not try and help when something goes wrong. Its not a cheap £20 ring where i could expect this to happen but i dont think this is normal after wearing it twice this shouldnt happen. plus the fact no one rplies to emails or the online forms, i have no idea what to do, who would want an engament ring with lost stones, having only bought it 2 weeks ago?!

I have ordered several times from luxe for myself and as presents for friends. I absolutely love their beautiful jewellery. The delivery is always quick and on the one occasion my rings didn't arrive on time the team got back to me super quick when I emailed for an update. I would really recommend this company to anyone looking for some sparkle in their life.

After all kinds of trouble (see previous review dated 8 September). I was told to return the ring for a full refund. I am trying to find out from customer services when the refund will be given and again hitting a brick wall. I now have no ring and out of pocket. Good reviews are great about receiving items, the only way to tell what a company really like is when you try to get your money back. Do not buy from this company.

The girls at luxe are amazing. I ordered the mini jasmine ring set and a month or so after having it I noticed a stone has fallen out from the hidden halo, instead of asking for it to be sent back they replaced the ring no questions asked. Heather has been amazing with sorting out a replacement and having it sent out to me.
The girls go above and you couldn’t ask for a nicer people. I always buy my jewellery from luxe and will continue to do so. Thank you girls and thank you heather. 💗
