Shipping was very quick and the free ring sizer made it very easy to find my ring size. The rings are amazing quality for the price and look like real diamonds. Would definitely recommend.

Loved the ring when first arrived but after a couple of weeks it has gone dull and lost a lot of the sparkle which is disappointing.
Delivery was quick and packaging nice.

Only a third of my items arrived but I was charged full price, customer service shocking they don’t answer you emails

Ordered a ring from here and it is absolutely stunning. The sparkle is breathtaking. Only slight gripe is that they don’t stock size P, and size O would have been too tight, so I had to buy size Q which is far too big; however, nothing that a ring adjuster can’t fix. Will happily buy from here again.

Had a problem with my order one email and sorted my ring arrived today I’m over the moon delivery security packed box with pouch box the black tissue paper smells absolutely gorgeous highly recommend for a small family business nothing to much trouble alway get back to you so thank you l love my ring

I wanted to purchase a ring for my mum for Christmas but the ring that she wanted had sold out in her size, so i got in contact with Luxe Emporium and the lovely Heather helped me put massively. She did stock checks and kept me up to date with what was going on. She then found the ring and she sent it to me along with a gift ring and it came just in time for christmas day!! i couldn’t be happier so thank you to Heather and the team!

Returned a ring I got for Christmas as it looked cloudy. Emailed in 27/12/25 sent it back and they sent it back to me saying it showed signs of been worn and a mishaped band. I only tried it on!!! So must have been like that when I bought it as it was only 2 days old. I'm sending it back again will keep you updated. The ring did NOT have a tag on it. It was returned with even the tissue paper and original receipt original box original bag and original pouch if it had a tag on it , it would also have been returned

I ordered a ring from Luxe Emporium a little over a year ago and a stone dropped out just before the warranty expired (1 year). I put in another (smaller) stone, however wasn’t really satisfied, spending more etc. I didn’t realise I was able to get a replacement until just after the warranty expired. Since the stone dropped out before the warranty expired, Luxe Emporium kindly sent me a replacement. I didn’t have to stress to prove this, only send picture evidence. Heather, from the Luxe team was very lovely and helped to resolve the situation fairly. :)

Had a question which I had a response to promptly and even on a Sunday. Luxe Emporium not only provide quality goods but provide quality customer service which is so lovely.

I received my ring and was absolutely thrilled with the quality and the sparkle of the gem. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and will definitely be buying from them again.

After placing my first order with these lovely lady’s I’ve now placed 2 more orders. The jewellery is beautiful and amazing for the price it actually looks a lot more expensive but it’s also the little things like the pouches and box the jewellery is in, the little note with my order and the perfume they spray on the box I’ll be first in the queue if they sell that.
Basically the lady’s at Luxeemporiumx give the best quality and service I’ve received anywhere in a long time I’m now a customer for life with them.

The communication I have with Heather was amazing. She helped me with my order, she was thorough and just wow. I’m so happy with everything she’s done for me, she exchanged my ring and sent it out for next day when I emailed with Black Friday sales, when received, it was a little tight and I wanted to go a size up which Heather helped me with. Her customer service is what everyone should have, I would love to have an employee like her. She definitely deserves a pay rise or even an appreciation because she’s absolutely amazing at her job.

I’m not usually lost for words but in this instance I am !! Words can’t describe how amazing these guys are ….the customer service I’ve received here goes more than ‘over and above ‘ it’s been the most bespoke , genuine and professional experience I’ve ever had, but more than that it’s personal and caring … there is such a personal touch to this whole shopping experience.. the two rings I have are absolutely stunning, the quality fabulous and more than perfect , the packaging is pure luxury and again it’s packed bespoke and with such care !!
But for me these guys are the real deal when it comes to looking after their customers …

Well what can I say apart from a massive thank you to Luxeemporium for the two most beautiful rings I received, they really are beautiful, I wear them everyday and get so much attention from people saying how beautiful they are!
From the time I ordered them to receiving them was only around 3-4 working days, they keep you informed to say when they will be arriving and the lovely thing is they come in a letterbox box! So no waiting in for them!
I will definitely be ordering again.
