Great product! Lights up my world

Placed an order for three lights. Received two in the post which are great but the third light was missing. I have emailed their customer service to request a refund or for the third light to be dispatched and as yet have had no response.
Would not order again as a result if this.

Terrible product quality. Site says orders come with 48h Royal Mail delivery, but they’re actually dispatched from China and take at least a week to arrive.

I bought this light for walking my dog in the dark. It proved to be a great buy, especially with the ability to turn it on and off by using my free hand. I have already recommended it to my friends and family

Despite my previous review, I had bought headlights from them in the past and they were going great so decided to give them another try.
They messed up my order and customer service, perhaps a language barrier, just didn't understand...I had to batter them with photos and explanations when all they needed to do was send me what I had actually ordered.
They mixed up tracking details internally which mean one order simply didn't get dispatched!
The older headlights are good & going strong, hope the new ones are the same.

48 hour tracked took nearly two weeks (ordered 26/10 delivered 7/11) and there was no tracking info available. Customer service responsive but didn’t do anything just said wait.

Needed the head-torch quickly & had to buy an alternative when the head-torch didn’t turn up - Luxelight now charging me postage cost to return. Shame as it’s a good product.

This is a brillaint product, a handy torch when working and great for reading without wasting expensive energy. Highly recommended product.

Ordered it 2 weeks ago, promised 'Express' delivery via 48hr Royal Mail. Still no sign of it, not even been scanned by Royal Mail. They come from China definitely. Customer services have emailed me with lies and yet more lies and refuse a refund.

Amazing head torch for at the yard, riding the horses in the dark and walking the dogs at night. Also really sturdy for out running aswell. Definitely the best I have found

Your company appear to be genuinely interested in the customer. Happy customers equate to profitable business.

I'm hoping the product lives up to it's reviews because their customer service is appalling. I've emailed 3 or 4 times now with a query following my order and not a single reply. So far, not impressed and regretting using the company.
*update 14.11.25* the head torches arrived without cases. I've not tried to email them on a different address and still no response. They say 30 day money back guarantee, but you can't contact them.
Wish I hadn't have fallen for the social media advertising and this experience has put me off buying anything else advertised on social media.
Delivery takes 2 weeks because they come from China.

A good light for running on dark roads as it is easy to wear and operate. Very good for charging as well so pleased with it. Not a 5 star as it feels a bit of a flimsy design for £20+.
Time will tell.

2nd purchase of these fab head lights. Not sure they can be beaten!

Great light, arrived in about 10 days with frequent updates on status. Use for walking dog at night and working on home projects in dark spaces. Casts a wide beam and love that it's rechargeable.

Still waiting for delivery of my order, website implies ship next day, but looking in more detail they say 3-5 business days. Its now 10 business days for me and no sign of order ... another SCAM company I suspect

UPDATE order arrived on7 November. Items as described. Hadn't realised they were dispatched from China! Would have been helpful if this had been made clear at the time of ordering.

Avoid! Order placed on 26 October. Items not delivered. Have emailed twice but no reply. Third email sent to request a refund but no response. No telephone number or company address to contact them. Can only assume it is a SCAM

Great bit of tech, when building flatpac Ikea furniture in tight spaces fantastic, when doing fiddly jobs on bikes fantastic also great for walking dog just have to train him to use sensor tehee!!
Keep going with new (pardon the pun) bright ideas
