Looks great but isn’t!

Hubby is a plumber and used this once then gave up as the light is so sensitive to movement it kept switching on then off.

You think the goods are coming from UK but they are not. Long lead times and nobody replies to emails. Also meant to get a free carry case but never received. Avoid at all costs!

Took weeks to arrive and product received is not as advertised, not luxelight branded. Absolutely awful - don’t waste your money!

Absolutely shocking battery life. Only had the dog collar and head unit for a couple of weeks and they’re constantly on charge. The are not even lasting a couple of brief walks, around 40mins in total and they’re exhausted again. They don’t just fade out either. They go off very quickly.

Tried to return them. But they have to be unused and in perfect package condition. Hardly easy to return…especially as anyone buying these will have used them.

Useless junk and the 30 days return window is a joke

This is a con. I didn't look closely enough at the website. If you read the returns policy it's completely flawed with inconsistency and irrelevant information (talking about perishable foods). You can also buy them on Amazon for £7. Very annoyed with myself for being sucked in.

Order not received, never sent a tracking number.

Shipped from China, the box it came in said ‘all perspectives induction headlamp’. Which fondly resembles the exact box that one of your marketing reels said it wouldn’t come in. One internal head bands had stated to come away exposing some wires underneath. One battery lasts around 40 mins and the other lasts 20 mins if you are lucky. Really handy when you are walking the dog early morning in a field and it runs out. The exact same ‘perspective induction headlamp’ is on Amazon for about a fiver and on SHEIN for £3.11. The little cases are not worth £12.50 each like. Luxelight? Nah, Scamlight,

Dog collars. Battery inadequate runs down in less than an hour, poorly constructed and doesn’t appear to be waterproof.
Flashy website with no correlation to the reality of the product.

Ordered on 21st and still waiting. Tracking number not recognised by Royal Mail. Clearly coming from China if it ever comes at all.

Edit. It arrived eventually and is actually better than I expected. It was a gift for my daughter who seems pleased.

As with the last review I ordered the lights and they took my money on the 15th November.

Chased on the 22nd and promised that the goods were on their way. Still nothing.

Have now asked for my money back, let’s see what happens.

Worked great for 3 dog walks and now won’t charge at all . Gutted

I placed order on 21st November, now 27th November nothing. I've sent them 2 emails chasing them,no reply nothing .
I don't expect to have to wait so long.Feels like I've been conned.

My experience thus far is based on the fact that after almost two weeks I still don't have my order, despite the 48hr delivery indication at checkout.

I ordered five lights on 15.11.2025 and was advised that delivery would be by Royal Mail tracked 48hr service. Unfortunately at no point did the website or order acknowledgement mention this would be after they are shipped from China. Between ordering and now, they have taken 8 days to get from China to the UK, but since the 23.11.2025, the lights have been sitting at the Royal Mail depot in North London. I have not received any further correspondence and at present have no idea when or if they will be delivered.

This is a pretty poor customer experience.
I will update this review once or if I receive the products but for now I cannot recommend this company.

Would have been quicker and simpler to order from Amazon.

Try to return but they just keep trying to delay. Not a company I would want to deal with again.
The light is too spread and dim

Bought one for my partner. He said it was good and lightweight. Helped him whilst doing his job. How ever within three weeks the product started to lose led lights.

Emailed customer service twice with no response.

Reached out on Facebook messenger instead and got a response back but then was left on read had to chase again, I really am not hold in my breath for a replacement to be sent out.

I do not have trust in the company as the customer service is so poor and I feel like everyone’s are faulty or breaking and then they can’t get a refund or replacement.

You get what you pay for I guess.

I bet they are never worth full price as they are marked up on the websites as ‘half price’

Wouldn’t buy again or recommend

I made the mistake of ordering the head torch as I liked the design with the wide beam. It’s just cheap tat. The battery lasted less than an hour and the clip on the strap randomly broke. I have complained but they are being very difficult. Offered a replacement said no I want a refund as another will just be the same?
They have now said I should pay to return the item. It is faulty! Fuming.

Paid a little extra for a flashing dog collar as many cheap offerings are available, but I thought I’d invest in better quality as this needs to work.
Item failed almost immediately ( battery will not hold charge )
Customer service is quite appalling.
Will not refund unless I can return with the generic delivery plastic bag it came in . They hide behind “ original packaging “ I call it “a plastic bag” which can be bought by the hundreds for pennies. Very long lead times - appears to have come from China , (so add misleading web address to the list )
The company are trying to make me go away with a 25% refund if I don’t return it at all . I’d rather let everyone know instead

Ok so yes it works but not as much as advertised save yourself some money it's just a rebranded drop ship item, go on Temu same thing for more than half the price. Also, tried cancelling the order it still got shipped and took ages to come from funnily enough China.

Bought for dog walking but using for the dark mornings and nights now. Bring out bins, dog out to the bathroom, kids use them for hide and go see in the dark 😂 great product

These are not as advertised, no way close to the brightness as the triple head lamp they put down in their advertisement. Absalute waste of money , their customer care is an absalute joke. Be careful, if your light is not up to standard or defensive, they will not pay return postage, they no not even want to refund your more, stay far away from this company
