Please avoid using this company! I placed an order for a head torch for my dad as a present. After waiting 3 weeks for it to arrive it was sent from China and on opening the packaging it was missing the charging cable. I have emailed them several times and they don’t reply. The head torch is useless if it can’t be charged! I will be raising a dispute with my credit card company to hopefully get a refund.

The head torch took ages to be delivered and after several hours of charging it doesn’t work. I have tried to contact the company on the email provided but it’s being returned as email unavailable. There doesn’t seem to be any other way to contact this company so therefore I can’t only conclude that this is a scam. Avoid at all costs!

Update: I now have been contacted by customer services twice asking me the same questions which I have already answered. I am assuming they are doing this to delay everything so it goes over the 30 days so they will then refuse to refund. Absolute SCAM!

This seems to be a scam. I ordered a headtorch in January 2024. I have chased this up repeatedly and have had no correspondence from the company.
This is not acceptable. They are ignoring me. No refund, no light, no nothing.

I purchased a head torch in November 2024. It’s sustained a fault where it just flashes and won’t stay on anymore only 10mths old and had a email back from the company and Phoebe said it’s out of warranty now sorry we cannot replace or refund you with a new headtorch. No help whatsoever! AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY! Amazon do better quality and price!!!

Its less than a year old and used twice. I have charged it and within an hour of use its flat. They only give a 30 day warranty. I wont buy again.

Great quality and brightness especially for areas with no plug socket , great fun camping with multipurpose in and around tent, colour options great too and neat and compact , bought 2 to get a deal !

Excellent quality from my 12 garden lights. Quality and as described, really bright and well made. A great addition to the garden and fairly priced. I was worried they weren’t coming as it took 10 days to get them but aside from that no complaints and I love them.

Bought two head torches and one failed within the first month. Customer service responded asking for a video which I sent and now being ignored. They also claim the warranty is not for a year as per their advertisement.

Company is registered to a 'Jack Kinninmont' but don't seem to get any response no matter how I try.

Five stars for the product- as great as it seems in the ads. Did some research before purchasing as I've been caught with 'amazing' ads on Facebook before. It seems there is another company with a similar name who fails to deliver, but this one seemed OK. Delivery time was longer than it stated, so I got worried, but fortunately delivered just before Christmas, and a very happy recipient.

I purchased two head torches, both of which failed to hold a charge and stopped working after 4-6 minutes, despite being charged as per the instructions. I requested an exchange within 30 days, but after an initial response, the company’s customer care went silent. It’s now been escalated to the ombudsman. I strongly advise not purchasing from this company due to their poor customer service and faulty products.

Ordered 5 headtorches. Very impressed with build quality and the lights are bright! Read a lot of negative reviews, but not experienced any of the issues others have mentioned. Great product.

I wouldnt recommend ordering from this company. I ordered 2 LED headlights. 1 became faulty after 30 days and they refused to refund or replace even after sending videos of the faulty light. Emailed several times and I just received an automated response, they were not bothered. Overall Poor customer service and no warranty on items plenty of other companies out there you can order this LED headlight from and cheaper.

I can’t rate this company high enough. Not only was it great value when I first brought this product for my other half for Christmas he loved it and it has changed his mornings and late nights having such great amount of light and being hands free. But unfortunately a few of the bulbs stopped working and I contacted the company and they replied with 24 hours and asked for a video of the broke product and as soon as I sent this they had sent a new one to us. Brilliant Custer service and a brilliant product.

Received my luxelight led headtorch with free case and it’s exactly as described, very happy with my purchase and will be ideal for many uses at home and outdoors 👌😊

This is a great light, unfortunately stopped working after first charge and would not recharge. I contacted them which was easy and after sending pic and video of problem they replaced within the week

Ordered the head torch as a Christmas present. It worked initially, but when trying to re-charge for the first time, it would not recharge. Contacted Luxelight and they advised that because it is outside of their one month return policy they will do nothing, even though it is faulty. They have no warranty protection. Be very wary of buying from this company! If anything breaks after one month, you are buggered !

I purchased a dog collar before Christmas and,upon delivery, found that the on/off switch was not a sealed unit like on the head torches.
Emailed Luxelight and returned the product to the return address on the envelope, by recorded delivery the nextday. I have the Royal Mail proof of delivery, which I have forwarded to Luxelight Customer Services which has been to no avail. They do not respond. I keep getting emails with head torch offers from Rob,the founder of Luxelight, but he does not respond to my emails. Hence my one star review of Luxelight as their customer service is,in my experience, atrocious or none existent. As a result of this I could not recommend purchasing from this company. Eventually Luxelight responded and requested details of the tracking return. This was sent to them together with the Royal Mail signed for document. They then said that they would refund upon receipt of the return. I then confirmed that they had already received it. Their response - please send us the tracking number and I have received no refund yet.
Update 27 April 2025.
They have all the details of the Royal Mail Tracking, plus a copy of the Royal Mail receipt, signed by a member of their staff upon delivery. They now claim they have no record of receiving it and are not going to provide a refund until I can prove it was delivered. This leads me to believe it is a scam. Do not touch them.

Great item, well packaged and timely delivery.

These lights are a game changer. They are so great, keep one in the car for emergencies, use them for biking, dog walking just anything in the dark. Fantastic during power cuts! I've bought 5 so far for my family.
