Would give zero stars if possible.
Avoid this company. Products are dangerous and not fit for purpose. We purchased a light up dog collar for our dog. On the very first use the collar came about at the clasp. When we tried it ourselves we found it very easy to pull open at clasp with our hands with little effort. We contacted the company and even sent a video showing how easy the clasp came apart. All we got back was some sarcastic email and no offer of refund or apology. We will now be reporting this to trading standards. Avoid this company and all its products. Scam company.

Scammers. Ordered a light as a Christmas gift for someone - and here we are in mid January and still nothing has arrived. I’ve emailed several times - once to be told it was on its way but delayed, a second time to be told that the address I provided was wrong (it wasn’t) and a third time to be told to contact Royal Mail myself (only to then be told that they don’t have the parcel.)

Awful. Avoid at all costs

Ordered and not turned up yet. No phone number to call. Not happy.

I was a little sceptical as adverts can often exaggerate the products performance, especially through Facebook where scams are always in your thought. However, I threw the dice and ordered a couple - shipping from China worried me, but there was no need they arrived in around 7 days of so. I was totally surprised by the quality and light the torch gave, ease of tightening the headband and loved the side spot which lit where you looked. A week or so later I ordered two more. Would definitely recommend this product.

Bought this for my husbands birthday. He absolutely loves it. Very impressed.

Excellent product.
Actually really is as advertised which I find is rarely the case with menu products advertised on Facebook.
Would strongly recommend.
Have already ordered more as gifts for friends and family.

Delivery time was outrageous , taking almost a month to turn up.
After using the head torch for less than 3 week the battery life is terrible. Not holding its charge at all.

Spoke to the company and they refused to do anything about it due to it being over a month since the delivery date. I'd just avoid and find a similar head torch, plenty on the market and most of them aren't from China like this one.

These look great. We haven’t tried them yet but hope that they will light our way cycling through tunnels in Norway. Thank you.

After reading some reviews I was in two minds whether to order this. Curiosity won out thankfully, these are better than expected and were delivered in decent time. The amount and type of light illuminated is impressive. I've only just got them [I bought 2] so my review is only based on minimal usage

As a long standing user of headtorchs in my job and hobbies. I was a bit sceptical at first but ordered 2 any way. How I was surprised !! not great for distance but for working or walking about after dark I haven't found better, well not for the price anyway. My only negative was the postage was a little slow. I will with out doubt be buying more and recommending to friends

Bought for hubby as a birthday 🎂 gift. He loves it! It's very bright, comfy and great as you can charge USB.
Definitely recommend as it can be used for running, camping and talking dog out in dark nights

So absolutely made up with this product. The quality is so excellent the price unbelievably cheap the customer service brilliant the quick response from order to delivery perfect and fast. This light head band is a game changer especially when using at the stable during early dark nights and wanting to ride in out door areas. This light lit up the whole areana . Brilliant 👏

I can’t speak highly enough of Phoebe, one of the two light up dog collars was switching itself off after a few mins when our dog was wearing it, other was perfectly fine, contacted them after Xmas and pictures sent in as requested, they emailed to let me know what was happening, and a new one arrived in post yesterday, I can’t fault their customer service at all, thanks again Dee

Really easy to order and receive no probs at all

Very bright. Good for getting dog doo up at night as we walk them late I don’t know how to get the spotlight on though

I placed my order on 30/11/24 and it only arrived 6 weeks later on 13/01/25.
For express UK delivery, this is not acceptable.
However, when I have chased up my order, the customer services for the company have been quick to reply and helpful with their updates. I am also very happy (so far) with the quality of the product I have received.

These lights are superb. Highly recommend these. The light is very bright and the spotlight has a very good beam to it. Great for out walking the dog.
