Great product, works very well, easy to use, well worth the money.

One of our stable lights has broken and we have an issue with the electrics, mucking out has been challenging due to lack of light, this light has been a saviour. 100% would recommend to buy. Used it everyday for a while now and it’s incredible

Timely delivery and communication of the delivery.
Good packaging for both the light and casing.
Straight forward instructions. A well made item. Impressive illumination for both the led light bar, the individual torch and love the option to have the hand sensor to switch it on and off.
We purchased the item to assist with potential roadside vehicle situations BUT also good on a darker dog walk.

Brilliant headlight.... worth every penny!

I bought the fairy lights on a string; portable (wind the lights in), rechargeable, use as a torch- and has a magnet. Seems great so far. Pretty & practical.
Time wil tell about charge & durability but I'm pleased with my purchase.

I bought 4 of these lights, one for each of my sons and one for myself. We are all very pleased with them as they are brilliant (literally!), and the motion sensor for operating on/off by just waving your hand is very useful too.
I emailed Luxelight as I had a query re operating the motion sensor (there were no instructions with the lights) and Phoebe replied promptly with instructions. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company and their great head torches!

Purchased a light up dog collar as a gift, took over the allotted delivery time given to arrive, but did eventually arrive, great looked fairly good quality, gave said collar to it’s recipient for a Christmas gift, sadly after 2 walks the clasp wouldn’t stay clipped in and came undone resulting in the dog coming free from the collar running free..!
Contacted the company explaining the situation and asking not for a replacement but a refund as a different collar had already been purchased, waited a week with no reply, chased them again asking for a refund to be told…. a replacement was being delivered instead..
Whilst yes it lit up, clearly the clasps are made cheap & collars are more gimmicky than functional, the company do not listen to customers wishes, thankfully the fog in question came to no harm..

Not UK based, ship from China and take ages to come, also take the videos and screenshots from their Instagram with a pinch of salt, especially the one in the woods, looks like the guy is holding a high powered torch in his left hand, you can see that as the beam is focused on the trees in the top right, having said that they are OK and good for short distance work around the house and outside jobs but you might as well just buy any of the other 100 branded ones from Amazon and get it next day as the LuxeLight branded ones are nothing special.

I didn't wait too long for it to arrive. Have only used it a few times so far but very impressed at the moment.

The LuxeLight seems like an excellent product. It is sturdy and well made. The lights are fantastic and as advertised. I don't know about battery life yet so can't comment. I'm very pleased with it.

Amazing light - so very bright.

The dog collar took ages to arrive, thought it was coming from UK but it was being shipped from China. Charged it up and disappointed the light dims after two or three short walks (15 minute per walk) emailed but it came back undelivered. Tried replying to the email they send out from UK, no reply. Poor service, would not buy again, avoid

Excellent head torch, but disappointed that they did not arrive as quickly as advertised, as 3 of 5 ordered were for Christmas presents. Recipients were delighted. Hope they last well.

Very happy with this product, bought for Christmas presents. Recipient’s were happy with them. Only thing I didn’t like, I thought I was buying from a local business, as that was how I read t. It in fact came from China.

The company gives copy and paste answers to disputes and does not give any genuine responses to issues raised. One of the two products arrived damaged and the company has just given a copy and paste review constantly, totally ignoring the issue. There is no way of knowing what or where a return can be made but they just ignore any issues and say they will pass on to the relevant department and then you don't hear anything back. Have had the exact same response to an email 3 times!

Bought them for my daughters as well as myself. Daughters think they are brilliant. I will be using mine for hiking and camping with the scouts
