For the best results, we recommend using very small sections of fully detangled, dry hair and making slow passes without applying extra pressure. This can help provide more control over the amount being trimmed.

Regarding our guarantee, our refund and return terms are available on our website and are intended to provide customers with options while also considering the cost and process of international returns.
