I sent my motorbike jacket and jeans to Luxury Leather Furniture Care for restoration. Over the course of six months, I exchanged about 25 emails with them asking for updates. They always had an excuse for the delay—but eventually charged me for the restoration and then never sent the gear back.

They even provided fake tracking numbers, both to me and to PayPal, clearly trying to keep the money. Thankfully, I got a refund through PayPal, but I still lost €85 in shipping costs, and my gear was never returned.

Their communication masked what turned out to be a completely dishonest service. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
