I've used L.W.Repairs for a number of years now & wouldn't use anyone else. A very helpful & informative team there, who sorted the virus problem on my mobile in just over an hour. Also explaining how it might have got there, so that I know what to avoid in the future. Excellent service!

Imploded phone with black screen of death and the Team did all they could to revive. A particular thank you to Dylan, and also to Molly.

Replacement phone sourced and set up, and then helped to resolve the transfer of the eSim (not an easy task!).
Brilliant help and service every step of the way, and would highly, highly recommend this lovely company to all. Whether for purchase of refurb devices, and repairs and/or updates.

Be very careful when using this company for MacBook repairs!! I had my MacBook Pro screen replaced by them in Jan 2025 and all seemed ok apart from a clicking sound when opening the lid that with hindsight I should have queried but I assumed they knew what they were doing and would not have given it back without checking the repair was done correctly. I’ve also recently noticed dead spots all along the bottom of the screen and last week the camera stopped being detected.
I ran diagnostics and confirmed the replacement screen is not an official Apple part despite the repair costing £335.
LW Repairs have now said they can repair it again with another replacement screen for £295 as it’s out of the warranty period. I’ve refused this offer as such an expensive repair and replacement part should surely last more than 18 months. They are not budging so be aware that the parts they use may be substandard and an official Apple repair may be more cost effective in the long run.

Fantastic service my iPhone SE 2022 3rd generation had developed a screen fault on right hand side.
Left the phone with them with an agreed time got a text in an hour new screen fitted and working spot on!

Went into the store with a problem with my old phone was served by a very helpful guy called Callum he told me that the battery was the problem and how much it would cost to replace looking in the showcase i saw a reconditioned phone for just a little more i decided this was a better solution. Callum said if i could go back in the afternoon they would sort everything with the changeover but i couldn’t so he said they could come to my house the next day and do it there. Excellent service. Above and beyond. I will not go anywhere else

When my iPad failed, I had two choices, scrap it and purchase a new one or see if anyone could repair it. Having used LWRepairs before, only a battery replacement for my iPod I thought I would see if they could save my iPad and save me money. I shouldn’t have doubted them. A quick test confirmed the battery wasn’t charging. Two hours later this was confirmed and the parts ordered. They checked the battery and that was fine and by the close of play I was reunited with my working iPad working fine and charging as expected. The cost was very reasonable and a 12 month guarantee as well. Thank you.

Brilliant responce from day one of my encounter with LWrepairs,Callum picked my Lenovo Think pad up and delivered it fully working and like brand new, very pleased, many thanks to LWrepairs, i would use them again if any difficulties with computers.

I came in fairly late in the day, expecting to be asked to leave my tablet and they'll do it in the morning for me - no, that was not the case at all.

Millie served me with a smile and genuinely happy to help. Within 15 minutes, I had a new screen protector put onto my Samsung tablet and I had a new case too.

All very well priced, same day service and convince with being local it was such a help.
