Service and knowledge was brilliant. Great customer service. Kept informed from start to beginning.

Popped in for some help on an issue I had with a new phone only to be told it was a fake, they explained & showed me, i was very grateful for their advice, they were very approachable & friendly, I ended up buying a phone from them as they had been so helpful & obviously it wasn't a fake! They are local to me which is great knowing I can pop in anytime if needed, I would definitely recommend.

Took my phone in for a replacement battery the person that served me immediately recognised the model. He gave me price options of a compatible battery or an iphone one. Told me it would be ready in an hour and a half and before I left Southampton to go home via Hythe, I received an e-mail to say the repair was complete. Superbly efficient service!

I took my phone in at 3pm after dropping it and the screen cracking to the point that the screen turned off completely. The phone was fixed and i was able to pick it up at 4.45pm on the same day. Great customer service and its nice to know that it has a 12 month warranty.

Lewis and his team were efficient as ever,the service is always friendly and courteous. Replacing my MacBook battery very quickly and now works like a new machine. Thanks as always.

I popped in around 11:30 and said I was thinking about a new battery for an IPhone 13 Pro Max that had a battery warning up , it was either that or a new phone tbh. But they said a new battery could be completed within a few hours and was £89 for generic and £109 for Apple. I went for Apple and they then loaded new IOS to calibrate the new battery and I picked it up just before 15:00 and it has been a dream ever since .

Don’t replace your iPhone until you have had at least one new battery!

These guys sorted out my phone again. And quickly!

Great staff and fantastic service.

I took my mobile into LW repairs as it had stopped working. they were not sure what was the problem .
I left it with them and in a couple of hours they had fixed it for me.
They were so friendly and helpful ,I will always go to them if I have a problem and will recommend them to my friends

I needed to buy a better phone but had a tight budget. Dylan was super helpful with which model would be best and had lots of helpful advice. Thank you so much for navigating me through an expensive but necessary purchase!

Have used LW before for my previous iPhone and my current one needed a battery replacement.
I didn't realise they offered a mobile service - how handy that is!
Lewis arrived on time, went back to his van with my phone and about 45 minutes later it was fixed. And all I had to do was answer the front door. Plus, the price was the same as if I had taken it into the shop.
