I have been charged multiple times for a subscription that I have cancelled multiple times and have provided them with evidence of this. Reported fraud with my bank. At one stage, they told me it was cancelled and then continued to charge me every month, then also denies they charged me which you could see in my account. Now they do not answer any of my emails and continue to charge me. I’ve had to change my card number to stop the charges. Stay clear, I suspect their competitions are fake, running $100K - $400K giveaways every few days, no live draw, no transparency, they claim capped entries but don’t show you the number of entries in the cap and it wouldn’t include members anyway so again, very false claims. Discounts are also non existent, so they are running these competitions fraudulently. You can also still buy tickets even after the draw has ended - everything about them is unprofessional, even their very customer service responses.

Very negative experience. I never once purchased from or signed up to them. Continue to get bombarded with SMS marketing despite unsubscribing on two occasions (using the link in the SMS) and also emailing them on two occasions with their responses confirming that I have been taken off their database (both instances). I’ve now received another marketing SMS from them today, almost two months after the second email which was a formal cease and desist request. Do not trust them. Do not be fooled by their professional responses to one star reviews on Trustpilot either, as they are lying and do not care about your marketing preferences whatsoever. I will be reporting them to ACMA, having been more than patient and understanding enough throughout this process. This is now spam and a formal complaint is being made. This could have all been avoided for them, but regrettably wasn’t.

Impossible to cancel. They will keep taking money each month. I have now had to cancel the credit card.

Had a problem with memberships jaz fixed it almost instantly!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Will not let you unsubscribe from text messages. Following the link does nothing. Reporting as spam and blocking the number just means you’ll get more spam from another number a couple of weeks later. REPORT TO ACMA!

Didn't sign up to this company. I am being bombarded with text messages with no way to unsubscribe or block despite what they say. Have reported to the ACMA and on their website it says as seen on channel 9. They will be hearing from me too. Scam company avoid at all costs.

Can’t unsubscribe from their services. When provided references to ACMA reports for contravening the Australian Spam Act 2003 they send emails purportedly from a non existent law firm.

Ive been getting spammed via txt messages even though I have unsubscribed, I dont know how they got my number, next step for me is to call fair trading or the telecommunications ombudsman to see what avenues I have to sue them

Their customer support is awesome! I had this problem on my account and I couldn't purchase the additional entries. Jaz helped me through the process. I'll stay loyal to LXG!

I had a query with my membership and it was answered straight away. Extremely helpful and so lovely to deal with. LXG AU you have my vote and my membership. Recommend you 100% to anyone wanting to enter a competition or get a membership, these guys are the way to go. Thank you for making it so easy for me.

They have stolen my money, I can’t cancel it and it says that my email address doesn’t exist with them. There’s no way to cancel, they steal your credit card and money. They need to be sued.

I was a lucky winner in LXG AU . I got a phone call in the evening as I was walking home from my local , and to be honest I thought this isn’t real BUT I got another text as I got in the door checked my bank and the money was there. So I can verify LXG AU is definitely legit.

Somehow this company has got hold of my phone number and sends me endless amounts of unwanted text messages. Have tried to stop them but they ignore all requests. Have reported to Scamwatch and the ACCC

Great experience with LXG AU so far.

The website is intuitive, entries are straightforward, and the rewards structure is genuinely appealing.

I also like that there’s a community focus behind the business model.

It feels transparent and well-run.

I confidently recommend to others...

I am so happy with LXG AU rewards club I am basically getting 50% off shoes and clothes from there affiliates and I won a members draw from them too (unexpectedly) which feels so good, also Sunny is all in when I had a question he actually called me to discuss - very genuine guy 👌🏽
