It’s a scam. They sell fakes shoes. You won’t get a refund neither

Scam and total fake items!

Well, after reading other comments on this website, I guess I was not alone!

Tried to contact them about my missing parcel, ordered 2 items thinking that it was a good deal. Upon receiveing (Just 1 item), I notice the weird smell on this Golden Goose trainers. Smells like sticky shoe Glue. (which I have a previous trainers from Golden Goose and never had this glue smell)

Upon asking for the other pair, apparently, their alibi was they are sending items in 2 separate parcel. After a couple of chase on the second item, they just decided not to respond on my emails, and eventually, loosing £200 worth of item. I am really dissapointed on this transaction, thought I had a good deal, ending up being SCAMMED! buyers and other Customer Service Authorities, please beware on this website!!! Should be banned and compensate all of their victims!!!

I was really disappointed with the product. Cheap quality, fake and asked for a refund. They said I was eligible, which initially impressed me, since then I’ve not heard anything back. Really shocking service!

Ordered and received tracking information that doesn’t work! The website does not exist now and they didn’t answer my emails!!
The clothes finally arrived from China.
The quality is good though and I’m relieved the items arrived.

I ordered shoes from Lyle Studios in Bona Fides after seeing heavy discounts on Golden Goose products. After paying, I discovered they are not listed as an authorized retailer. I requested a cancellation immediately, but this was refused….
The tracking information provided was not valid with DHL, and the order remained “in transit” for weeks. When the shoes eventually arrived, they releases a strong chemical smell which confirmed my suspicions.
This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would strongly caution others to avoid this seller and purchase only through verified, authorised retailers to ensure quality, As a loyal Golden Goose customer, I will be contacting the brand directly to inform them that the market is being flooded with counterfeit products from this company AVOID-AVOID!

I believe the company is a scam. My goods are fake and now the website doesn’t exist.

Voglio denunciare pubblicamente l’esperienza disastrosa con lylestudios.com, un sito che a mio parere è costruito unicamente per truffare i clienti.

Ho ordinato due paia di scarpe Golden Goose e dopo settimane di attesa mi è arrivata soltanto una scarpa singola, contraffatta, in plastica scadente, con un odore nauseante di vernice. Non si tratta assolutamente di prodotto originale ma di una copia di bassissima qualità.

Già dopo l’acquisto, i segnali erano sospetti:

Subito dopo il pagamento hanno iniziato a dire che ci sarebbero stati ritardi di spedizione per “troppi ordini” e che i tempi sarebbero stati molto lunghi.

Alle mie email hanno risposto da un banale indirizzo Gmail, senza alcun contatto ufficiale collegato al negozio. Nessuna assistenza clienti degna di un sito serio, solo risposte vaghe e poco professionali.

Dopo la consegna della merce falsa (solo un paio su 2 ordinate), hanno smesso completamente di rispondere. Nessuna soluzione, nessun rimborso, nessuna disponibilità.

A quel punto ho provveduto a denunciarli a PayPal, in modo che vengano esclusi dal circuito e, auspicabilmente, sanzionati.

Questo sito è una truffa organizzata, che attira i clienti con prezzi accattivanti, rallenta le spedizioni con scuse pretestuose e alla fine spedisce prodotti falsi o non spedisce nulla.

Il mio consiglio è di stare assolutamente alla larga da lylestudios.com: rischiate di perdere soldi, tempo e di ricevere solo merce contraffatta.

Lylestudios is pretty weird.
I placed my first order and everything went really well.
Delivery was on time and the products were great.

My second order was for Cyprus shoes and it was a disaster. Delivery was 15 days late with 4 reminder emails. It arrived and was too small, wrong size.
I sent it back and it was received at LyleStudios in London on September 29.
Since then, the total silence despite reminder emails. No acknowledgement of the return of the items, let alone an exchange or return of the items.
I didn't ask for a refund, just an exchange for Cyprus shoes in the right size.

Ordered GDBB BALLSTAR TRAINER ON THE 16TH AUGUST STILL NOT RECEIVED MY ITEM.
VERY POOR SERVICE AND LACK OF RESPONSE .

Been two weeks and have not received my purchase. Tracking of package also not avialable and status has not changed in 10 + days. Emailed Lyle twice and did not hear back.

Is a scam i placed an order i never received it, spent 380 pounds and i do not know what to do, no phone number and they do not reply emails.

This site is a scam, fk these people, they keep sending me the wrong item, and won’t respond to my emails about a refund, I am going to report them to IG and any other site they are on. I can’t stress enough FK THESE SCAMMER PIECES OF GARBAGE!

Biggest scam in my entire life, i never received my shoes, the contact by email and whatsap is really bad like the help support is talking really bad, they promise me to refund me but they never did it so i started a complaint and i Will see them in front of the law. I warned them a lot of Time and I didn’t wanted to go this far, if someone know how to get refund by my own bank i will really like it
