My son ordered golf clubs as a gift for my husband who plays mainly with ping but son thought to gove them a go , from the day they deliver them the service was awful , I phoned to say my husband was unhappy with clubs so asked how to return them, I was so annoyed that I had to pay £25 to return clubs that we had just bought but unsuitable for my husband , after returning we received an email to say they would not be refunding my money as the clubs had been used , unreal they were literally taken out the box and returned , after speaking to a young man who blatantly told me he had packed the clubs himself then checked them when they came back saying the had been used at least on 3 rounds of golf , this is so laughable as I stated again not been out the house , I then had phone call from owner he said ? He then told me he had played golf for 40 years and they had been used I was repeatedly going round in circles to be told they would not be refunding our money , I then said I would take it up with my credit card company to be told by the said owner in his own words ( good luck with that ) terrible terrible customer service and literally will be making this known to all our golf friends .

Love it when lynx golf leave a reply to my review with information that is impossible as clubs did not leave the house , great way to keep your money and funny that the owner ie quoted (good luck with that )trying to get my money back when I respectfully said I would go through my credit card company , this is why I do not like dealing with Mickey Mouse companies who have no customer care , ping golf all the way for us .

So I purchased a full set from lynx to take to our Spanish property until I move permanently and then the set would be good for any visitors that fancy a game.
On trying the driver & 3 wood it was absolutely obvious that they were not as described it clearly says they both enhance distance but they are shocking compared to a Taylormade hire club I was 80 - 100 yds short with the lynx ones so I asked lynx directly who me wanted me to pay over £200 for 2 replacement better clubs x2 namely a driver and 3 wood but they would give me £40 off to cover flying the 2 clubs to Soain I argued that they have mislead me with the description that they enhanced distance after 10 e mails back and fore Lynx decided to end dialogue with me deal with this cowboy outfit at your peril, I know have contacted my bank to instigate a charge back and I’ve been told by lynx there will be no refund because they have been used how the hell do you test any club without hitting it? I have top tracer data clearly showing the difference in distance between a Taylormade hire club and the really inferior lynx driver, the representative from Lynx tried to tell me that ly swing is at fault not the club I’ve played golf for 30 years and have never heard such rubbish, I stated Bryson wouldn’t get 200 yds out of the lynx driver or 3 wood they are as whippy as hell so head my review and go elsewhere they take your money and then do absolutely nothing about issues I’ve been in business 19 years and my clients are my life blood would never treat a client in this way

Purchased a 60 degree lob wedge to go with a 52 I already had. Very happy with the club, delivery and service.

Getting the right length club for my grandson was my goal and with the lynx clubs they were easy to choose the right club. My 5yr old grandson loves his 7 iron. Thanks Lynx for making it easy!

I played golf in my early and late teens always wanted a set of lynx clubs, but ended up with different manufacturer that my parents bought, however I also got into road race cycling and to cut a long story short I became Scottish road race champion, but had to give that up due to cancer , I have beaten the cancer and back to cycling and wanted to get back to golf so much , and yes you've guessed it...my go to is LYNX, I have bought the ready to play boom boom set...love them but unfortunately I have had an issue with a broken driver shaft, I emailed the company on Sunday afternoon and with ten minutes I had received a reply from Steve the CEO, bloody hell great response and quick to rectify the issue, I must also mention Megan who has been dealing with my issue after it being passed to her from Steve ...result being a new driver on its way...I can't wait to get back out with these clubs, I am very appreciative of great customer service and you Steve and your staff exceed great service thank you for keeping LYNX alive,

Next day delivery, prowler VT irons,grips were fitted as requested with double tape the young man who told me how to make this request on line then rang me after I placed the order to double check that this was exactly what I wanted incredibly professional and a credit to the company for his professionalism. The VT prowlers are incredible clubs went to the course that day and hit a great score distance and control were improved and the feel off the face was soft and forgiving even with off centre hits. Lynx are definitely back 👍 thanks for the excellent service and my wonderful new clubs. 11/10👍

I chanced across the Lynx carry bag advertising on social media…it looked a good price and it came with free delivery ! The carry bag arrived within a couple of days and the bag itself, excellent ! All in all it was great value and a great online shopping experience.
