Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback. We're sorry to hear that the flavor and texture of your m-eat didn't meet your expectations.

We put a lot of care into our biltong, including tenderizing the meat before slow-drying it for three days, so we're particularly disappointed to hear that you found the slices dry and sawdust-like.

We'd really like to look into this further, particularly as you've mentioned the coriander flavor coming through strongly. If you still have the packaging, please email us at customerservice@m-eat.co.uk with a photo of the back of the pack. This will allow our team to investigate the specific batch.

Thank you for your feedback.

We understand your frustration and apologise for the inconvenience caused. Due to new courier restrictions, we are currently only able to deliver within UK mainland and are unfortunately unable to ship to Northern Ireland at this time.

Please be assured that this is not a permanent decision, and we fully intend to resume deliveries to Northern Ireland as soon as it becomes possible again.
