Received customised whistle and writing was half rubbed out. Complained and they said they would send another one which they did and the customised writing is crooked and not centered. This company has bad attention to detail. Would never use them again! Takes so long as well!

I placed an order in early December last year, actually Christmas presents. A few days b4 Christmas still nothing had arrived. Emailed company and told to wait a few more days January came still nothing but I got a email saying my order was delivered but I never received it. I have emailed a few times since and the response has been wait a few more days. I have asked for a refund but no reply haa been giving. Absolute shocking customer service will.noybe placing any other orders and have told alot of people not to either

Advertised guaranteed delivery and paid for that guarantee and it was not met. Response from company stopped as well. Buyer needs to be aware of false advertising.

Ordered a necklace for my grandaugher with her name on it, the diamond looking one 14", I have received it today, the name is on a small flimsy chain no diamond looking stones and on a long chain, ordered this many weeks ago, and its her birthday the end of this month, I can't go out and buy her a present as I am disabled and housebound. So very upset with this order. Disgusting

Disgusting and Misleading.
They tell you a time frame which is approximately 8 days delivery some quicker dates when it’s a special occasion and confirm this in your email. A week later you get a confirmation that it has been shipped but from Hong Kong and should be delivered within 6 weeks. This is wrong and not okay especially when you have ordered for that specific timeframe and special occasion. Total rip off and they don’t care. Refuse to refund me or take accountability. Scam written all over this company. Don’t shop here or trust what they tell you.

Placed an order in December for a Christmas present. When I didn’t receive it I contacted them in January. I eventually got a reply saying item was lost so they were re sending. As of today I am being told it is lost again. I have contacted my bank for this company to be listed as fraudulent. I highly doubt I will get my order. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here.

After saying was out for delivery a number of times ignoring emails ive requests for refund i would definitely not advice anyone to use this company shocking service birthday gift and still not delivered or refund keep well away

I’m skeptical whether my order will arrive. The tracking doesn’t show anything but “with courier”. I’m in Aus, no local shipping details or info of it even entering Australia. Says delivery in one day..which would be a Saturday two days after Christmas, not too hopeful

Ordered November 12th still waiting for my products customer service are giving me the run around I’m in the process of going for a charge back through my bank. As when I’m asking for a refund they are telling me to wait a further 2-3 days the tracking they sent me says out for delivery since December 14th
I think this company is fake and is a scam do not waste your time or money !!!!

Ordered two weeks ago. Mixed messages about when this parcel will arrive. I’ve emailed. I have been told won’t arrive for Christmas but then getting notifications saying it’s ready to be shipped. Still waiting. Will not use this company again. Terrible service and now will have a disappointed niece on Xmas Day.

I had ordered a personalized name necklace for my sister from this company a few years ago. She has French accents in her name, so I was quite pleased they were able to do a decent job. Fast forward to trying to get one made for my daughter now, who also has an accent in her name. The necklace came, and I was shocked to see that the accent is completely different than what they used to do. What? It looks so weird. But why? What happened? I was incredibly disappointed… I’d absolutely have gone with a competitor if I’ve known that they were going to screw it up, and that it would look different than the what they, the same company (!), had done before. After some emails back-and-forth, I was told that I can’t have my money back, but that I could exchange it. Very frustrated, I asked if there was any way to get the accent to look normal on any of their pieces. She said no. I am now left with a piece of jewelry that I paid $300 for that looks dumb. AND, it was meant to be a special gift for my daughter. What a disappointment - to be penalized for being loyal to them. How would I know they’ve lowered their standard and quality since last time I ordered?! These people are unethical, and the quality of the piece by the way… isn’t good.

Still waiting on my order that was placed in November 24, kept sending yodel tracking pages and even one of them showed the driver was 2 streets away and never arrived!! Then another tracking email sent said that it was out for delivery and never arrived !!! now saying they have it as delivered !!
Absolute joke of a company !!!

Ordered and took long time for delivery, received 1 days b4 Christmas and both bracelets were spelled wrong and useless , and had go buy something else from kids ,fuming is understatement.1day to run around unnecessary to compensate for the failure of these braclets ....never buy again

Absolute tat, order personalised bracelets and wait owe over a month for them to arrive, when they finally turned up after me threatening legal action, they were absolute garbage!! Very poor quality and not a bit as described or shown in the pictures - my advice stay clear and save your money.

I ordered a 14k solid gold name necklace, it came, but was VERY thin. Both the chain and the name plate. I asked for a refund, when they finally answered my emails they gave me the run around asking for picture after picture. Finally I emailed the legal team, not much better though. Even though their refund policy doesn't say you can't get a refund they said no because it was personalized. So I opted for an exchange. I wanted the same style of necklace different length chain and different name. They tried to get me to spend more $ on different styles, I answered no. Now they want to charge me 30% restocking fee. They are scammers!!

This is not quality jewelry. It’s flimsy and not only is cheap but looks cheap. I wouldn’t waste my money on these products.

Messages deleting Facebook comments . Seen so many comments on Facebook saying stuff hasn’t turned up and they are just deleting it !!

SCAM ALERT *** DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I spent 500$ there for 3 necklaces onto which they made mistakes. They then lured me into thinking I’d get a corrected version in time and now no more replies. I want my money back as I don’t have a product and they’ve gone silent. This is a scam.

Ugh. I shouldn't have ordered from here. I placed an order over a month ago and I still haven't recieved my order. The tracking info they gave me has no updates since 3 weeks ago. This was an expensive order with 4 names.
DON'T DO IT. GO ELSEWHERE.
