My Name Necklace レビュー 

My husband purchased a Mother's Day heart necklace for me. One of the stones fell out immediately. He paid extra for faster shipping and we finally received it the second week of June. When he contacted them the as soon as the stone fell out (by email of course), I think they replied a couple of days later, maybe a week and told him he could re-order something else or they could re-make that necklace. I told him I didn't want to risk making the same thing and having the same/ similar issue. I chose a different item and it took about 3 weeks to get it. Again, my husband requested expedited shipping. No, we won't be using this company ever again.

I ordered a name necklace for my daughter's birthday and the name was really flimsy and bent out of shape after a few days of wearing. I have asked for a replacement with another better product and they keep promising to send it and never do. I also asked for a refund and they wont even answer that question. Dont buy from them - you will be disappointed.

Purchased a 10ct Gold Double Thickness "Carrie" Name Necklace with a 20" chain, paying £156 inc discount code.

The name plate is very thin although ordered double thickness, but that's not where the problem lies... it's with the chain.

The chain is extra, extra delicate and so thin, that when taking the necklace off, the chain just snapped..... with minimal force the chain just breaks away, and i really mean minimal force, the chain is so brittle.

The way the design is i cannot source a replacement, stronger chain. Thus the name plate is now just sat in a trinket box and cannot be used as intended.

I would not recommend this company as quality of materials is extremely poor. Look elsewhere.

After my last comments below that my parcel had been resent,I now know it’s allegedly sat at there returns department (that’s if it ever got made),so the latest update from these scammers is now to resend the order or take a refund minus 30%.prior to this I was offered a free gift of earring s or mans leather bracelet,chose the earrings worth £20,so obviously they arnt coming either.but they will cover my loss of 30%.I have ordered goods from all over the world but never had to deal with such a corrupt so called firm.somebody needs to close these scammers down and be taken off the web.please do not use them or order from them.

I ordered a bracelet for a Christmas gift at the beginning of November. It didn’t arrive. Fobbed off and told to wait.....was told it could arrive Boxing Day....nothing. Was given an option for free earrings and replacement bracelet. Great! Replacement arrived 6th January after chasing where it was. Was told it would be sent express but to allow 7 days for it to be made. It arrived - awful quality. Didn’t fit, wasn’t long enough and didn’t measure the measurement I ordered. 2 lengths were very and visually unequal and it wouldn’t even do up! (Ordered 16.5 cm, my wrist measures just under 16cms).
Complained and was told I could have 30% off next item (like I’ll be ordering again!!). Asked if I could have a refund instead, only to be told it was already made, shipped and couldn’t be stopped?? Funny how it took 7 days the first time but only a couple of hours this time?? Refused a refund.
Faulty Item arrived in a cheap pouch rather than a box (as from a previous order). Looks awful as a gift and looks very cheap.
Oh and the earrings - also never received.
I would avoid this company and DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!

Trash company who will rip you off, based in Israel not the UK. cheap jewellery incorrectly engraved and worth no more than a £1. No phone number and just offer for you to return at your cost of £12 and refund just 70 percent. They never refund as hundreds of people have found out, They remove all comments from FB page that are bad against them. Do not waste your money it’s a scam. contact a Solicitor, Paypal or your credit card for a refund. AVOID AVOID
