One star as there was an issue with size of necklace. The company could not locate order number even though I provided along with email and address information. Sent them a picture of the fedex package along with contents with their logo. This was a birthday gift from family members. Now I have a necklace that I will have to pay additional money to alter. Will never purchase from this company again. I don't care how pretty the name necklace is. Horrible business practice and that counts for way more than a pretty necklace.

If you want to get mugged off and pay for an item as shown and stated and receive a badly designed item then this is the place to order from. Ordered a personalised wallet for father's day and the quality was so bad could barely see the image or even read the text at the back sent images as asked and told couldn't be fully refunded as it has been personalised. Why provide such a terrible product then?

I ordered a pair of earrings and was happy to pay the price for a seemingly cheap pair of earrings as it was a gift for someone and I needed it by a certain date and the most expensive shipping option showed the estimated date of delivery to be 3 days before I needed it. However, after I paid, it showed the estimated date of delivery to be 3-4 days later than the original date. I emailed them the next day to let them know and see if they could get it out sooner or to cancel the order. Their only options basically forced me to buy from them again. It’s a complete scam. Please don’t buy from them.

I bought two near identical lockets as a gift for two close friends, and it came in the wrong size, colour and damaged.
I will never order from here again.

Would give negative stars if I could! Bad product that was unusable! Tried to contact them several times and they never even bothered to respond! 4 months and nothing! What a scam! Don’t even have the decency to respond to a customer?? They took sth that was supposed to be special and ruined it! Stay clear of them and be warned bcs if you don’t get what you expected…you will be stuck with it!

I ordered two chains for my 2 daughter in laws for Christmas 2023 That never came i waited till the last minute thinking every day they would arrive . They never did and I had no time to get them anything else . They were so dissapointed on Christmas Day . After Christmas we got in touch and and at first they didn’t bother answering then they said it was delivered . I wouldn’t b bothering to do this if it had been . I don’t want money back just a replacement but they won’t even do that . Would never order off them again and would never recommend them to my friends ever again .

Ordered a name necklace early November to be delivered December 7th. It never arrived, still says in transit as of December 24th. They said I could get a refund once it is deemed lost as of December 21 but then never got back to me and never responded to any of my 4 messages requesting the refund. This is a Christmas gift and because it won’t be here on time, I had to purchase something else so no longer want to keep waiting forever in hopes it ever shows up as it is useless now. I am in process of doing a chargeback with my credit card company because this company has not responded. They only offered discounts on future orders or lame gifts that I am not interested in.

I am so upset. Wish I seen these reviews before I ordered. I ordered a braclet for husband. I asked for 21.5 inch and they sent me a 19inch. It's too small. Then they sent me a return label that is only good in the states (I'm in Canada). I emailed again! And then they sent me some fake photo copied peice and said to drop it on the mail box without the box it came with. A place that was supposed to be out of the UK and now I'm seeing that it's from isreal. Very sketchy, pretty sure I was scammed big time. So upset. Oh and customer service is AWEFUL

I purchased a so called Siver necklace with my name on it, I am very allergic to nickel, I can only wear silver or gold. Firstly the chain was too small thank god, I had it in my hand while I called my sister to tell her how small it was and within about a minute my hand started itching and was very red, I was having a reaction to the nickel! Had it have been on my neck I could have been rushed into hospital.. I should have done more research really but I simply trusted that it would be what they say on their site which is sterling silver. I addressed the whole issue with them via emails but they absolutely don't care.. they refused to answer my questions about why they are using nickel but they would not respond.. please be very careful especially if you are allergic like me. These people don't care at all and it's absolutely shameful. BE VERY CAREFUL.. ITS NOT AT ALL STERLING SILVER!

I asked for a refund for my order before the two hour limit with reasons that part of my refund is wrong and they only modified my order and didn't refund my order fully!

I had to try three times to order something for my sister without the automatic "vip service", "extra delivery insurance" etc.. that kept being added each time! The company even has the gall to ask for a tip.

The order showed it would include a presentation pouch - with a picture of a material pouch. It came in a small ziplock bag; not at all what I was expecting.

The locket I order was quite miniscule- but my sister was happy, so that's a plus (or she's being polite.)

In any case, I'll not be ordering from this compan again.

My wife bought me a Fathers Day bracelet, unfortunately it came completely scratched, and all the company were willing to do, is give 50% refund if we sent the product back or 30% refund if we don't. Under consumer rights I would have thought we had 14 days for a full refund. Terrible products, even worse customer service. Avoid if you can

The website said the necklace was made in the UK but when it came I found out it was made in Israel. They trick people into supporting Palestinian genocide. Free Palestine.

Update it arrived 2 weeks late but it was xmas but perfect gift thank you

Scammers.. on 2 occasssions sold me items not in stock. Took 2 days to let me know stating it I don't Wana take another item for the same value there refund me within 24hours if they haven't heard from me.. 6 days later they havent honoured that, they are still sending me messages on alternative items and haven't refunded me dispite what's stated in the email. The lady is called Sally and clearly isn't doing her job. Reluctant giving me my refund. Luckily I found the same £20 item with a £5 delivery charge for £0.89 on Amazon with free delivery. Avoid at all costs awful run company

The worst company ever i ve had in my life, the necklace for my niece had never arrived, waiting for the refund from Amazon, as the seller every time replayed the same , they wrote the wrong address on the package so fed ex couldn’t deliver it,i had sent the my name necklace uk company 3 times the correct address and phone number and always the same , every email the same so i have to contact the amazon for the refund. The company is not based un the UK but in Israel, as i could see the whole tracking sending the item from Israel, with wrong address in purpose. Avoid the seller it is a scammer.

This company is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with! Bought two chains from them via wowcher (4 weeks ago) and should have had them over 3 weeks ago. They have ignored emails and everything until I opened a case with PayPal! They haven’t any customer service skills! And what’s more is you think you’re getting a fantastic deal and then you do to Amazon and can’t find exactly the same item for cheaper! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You’ll be waiting weeks for a refund and you’ll out yourself through hell opening cases to get your money back. Go to Amazon or somewhere else to spend your money.

Terrible quality!

Never got chance to wear the necklace as the chain tangled up before I even took it out of the box. Knot in the chain is impossible to get out! Wouldn't recommend!

Don't touch this place, my kids bought me a necklace with their names and my grandkid's names and birthstones on them, I haven't take the necklace off from the day it was given to me las Christmas until around a month ago to clean it. every single birthstone was gone, now i could take 1 dropping out but 5!! my daughter wrote of to these and they wont replace under warranty as they say its silver and only 9 months, gold apparently is 12... they will replace at a charge of £4.00 each stone or we can buy another one with a discount of 30%. Not on your life i have check with consumer rights, these stones could have dropped out at any time. i only noticed when it was taken off to clean it.. Don't waste your money this company say you have no rights if anything goes wrong, we asked for these stones to be sent free of charge so we could get them put back in at our own cost and even this was refused, my point is the stones could have came out within a month but because of the sentimental value of this necklace I have not taken this off, the company have even change the name probably down to the really bad reviews on trust pilot.
