Ordered second hand pcp air rifle on Wednesday.Arrived Sunday very fast delivery.Excellent customer service as normal.Would highly recommend Pellpax.

The guy that served me,was polite and helpful. But whoever fitted and zeroed the scope did an awful job.the scope was about as accurate as a weather forecast,and he overtightened one of the screws and stripped the thread.the scope was also not mounted correctly due to a faulty mount that caused it to jump the mounting rail when fired. However,the gun itself is very good.

Terrible customer service. I emailed on the 21st of January after having my rifle for 1 week and only using it twice and the wire reticle in the supplied scope had broken? Always shot from a padded rifle rest so obviously the scope supplied wasn't fit for purpose. No reply after a week so rang customer service who stated the issue was with repairs and returns department and that they'd get them to email me back, fair enough. Another week goes by with no reply, so I rang again to be told the same thing. I told the service agent on the phone what had happened last time and he assures me that repairs and return department would contact me after he flagged my concern. Again, no reply it's been around 3 weeks since my email and they haven't responded. I didn't want to write them a bad review because the gun is good but they're obviously suppling sub-par scopes that can't cope with the rifle recoil. I would have spent a lot with pellpax but due to their constant lies and seeming disregard for their customers complaints this won't be happening.

Admittedly Pellpax is only a few miles from me at their new premises in North Walsham,Norfolk so I went in to their front shop.
I ended up purchasing what I went in for but Callum was so helpful and gave me his full attention,ended up ordering a new air rifle,scope,bag etc. etc.

I’ve lost track but I think this is my 4th order , picked up the milbro explorer in the January sale, wasn’t able to track the order due to a glitch but a quick message sorted the issue and received my order promptly and on time , hopefully I’ll purchase again later this year
