I purchased a Reximex Mito ‘S’ before Christmas on offer from Pellpax. Communication was excellent throughout the delivery period, which also delivered the package directly to my home address. This in itself was a great service and fantastic value and well worthy of a 5 star review just on this. However, on delivery, I noticed the pistol had a problem, so I opened a dialogue with Pellpax regarding the problem. The answers were prompt, helpful and the solution they offered, was to exchange the pistol on my doorstep for another new item!! In honesty I was expecting a lengthy repair period, were I’d have been without my new pistol for sometime. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, they are head and shoulders above anyone else I’ve dealt with so far. Thankyou.

Being under 18 my grandad had to collect it and “gift it to me” that pistol was my introduction and i am looking to buy a victory cp2 will definately buy from this company as everything was floorless and i had concerns about people saying long delivery times i honest had no issues got mine within 1 week which is good considering the delivery has to be face to face with a rfd no issues with the pistol its self and no damage to packaging either pellets and co2 cartidges were also spot on looking forward to ordering with them again

As you can imagine when buying my first rifle, i had so many questions. Pallpax was super helpful in helping me narrow down the perfect gun. I went with a HW100 with some juicy extras. Another huge advantage was the flexible payment options with provided by Payl8r. They too was very helpful and it was so easy to select my payment option and submit an application. A great experience from start to finish. Pallpax should be very proud of their staff. 😊

I found myself returning back to Palpax on several accessions. The advice is honest and transparent and i genuinely do feel they have my best interest at heart rather than selling me products I don’t need, or won’t benefit from. Special mention to Joe today for going out his way to help me.

Yet again can't fault pellpax I had a delivery issue my fault not pellpax contacted them replied to me straight away sorted redelivery for me the item was delivered on time as promised. Big thanks to the pellpax team and the driver cheers guys

Just ordered a new rifle from these guys. Last time it was a Weihrauch HW95K outstanding service. It's now my Hunter on my permissions. Which lead me to thinking, I need another for the indoor range I'm a member of in Warwick. This time I ordered the Norica Omnia ZRS. Everything's going like a Swiss watch with delivery... Easy and simple to order online and the delivery was even better, was expecting it to be awkward as I had to be at home but the first slot booked was at 5.45pm which gave me plenty of time to finish work and be at home for delivery.
