The best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time! Seriously!! I chose Mac Store UK as they were the only reseller who had stock of the iMac I was after for my daughter’s Christmas present (nowhere else did). When the courier lost the order, Mac Store UK went over and above to ensure they got an iMac delivered to me for Christmas Eve. Thank you to Jon and the team at Mac Store UK for making sure my daughter had her Christmas present delivered. Exceptional customer service and I would recommend this company in a heart beat!

There were some issues with my DHL delivery initially but Jon has been a huge help and managed to get to the bottom of it. Even though I was stressed and frustrated he went above and beyond to solve the issue.

Overall good experience. I was a little miffed because I didn't see anything to alert me to the fact that it was coming from the States. There was just a two week wait for delivery. Now I know. The other issue was it came with an American plug but each time I called things were sorted out efficiently & well. A UK plug was sent the next day. You can't ask for more than that can you? Very pleasant & helpful customer service & a great machine for a great price.

Very good product quality and general service.
I had not realised that my Mac would come from the United States but it still arrived within the week.

One gripe - despite assurances in the product description, a British plug was not supplied and so far Mac Store have not replied to my message regarding this.

Excellent customer service and extremely fast turnaround!

I recently needed a repair on my iMac and I was initially worried I would be without a computer for weeks

However the turnaround at Mac Store was so quick! I contacted them on the Monday, had it collected the same afternoon and returned to me by Thursday. If this had been done through Apple I imagine it would have taken weeks.

I was massively concerned when my Mac didn't arrive on the delivery date. The amount of money I spent might be laughable to some people but it was a huge investment for me which made my anxiety worse. The tracking code on my email update wasn't easy to track down - logging into my macstoreUK account was the easiest way to track it down. When I tracked the parcel, it was actually in America! DHL didn't have any of my contact details to forward updates to, so I had to enter these manually and was updated accordingly after that but it was still 4 days after the ETA before my parcel arrived.

The iMac was well packaged. It's actually is pristine condition like I'd taken it off a shelf. Have had it running a few days now, haven't even heard the fan and I do some pretty intensive work so I am over the moon with its performance. Would definitely recommend buying from here if brand new isn't an option. I would recommend without a doubt - only reason for not giving 5* was the delivery phase.

The IMac I wanted was in stock which was great. The first problem though was in the expected delivery. It arrived two days later than initially stated. Never mind. Then, when I unboxed it, it had an American plug on it, not a British one. I rang up and was promised the right plug would be here the next day. Four days later and I’m still waiting. Had the delivery times be honest I would have given a better review. Sorry.

Very pleased with Mac I bought and it arrived well pack and in brilliant condition. Works perfectly for the purpose I bought it.
Only one tiny niggle and that was no mains lead. I found that a bit surprising.

Helpful communication, swift transaction, Mac delivered by 10.00 next morning....Mac Store UK's service is amazing. I'm delighted with the replacement for my older Macbook pro (which I wanted to repeat rather than get a newer model)...many, many thanks! Simply outstanding service.

Simply outstanding service! I ordered a Mac late one afternoon and it was delivered the following morning. Beautifully packaged (Mac packaging is an artwork in itself) and easily set up. It just worked with no fuss or hassle whatsoever. My old 2013 27" iMac was unable to work properly with the latest version of Adobe CS and was quite slow. A quick chat with the guys at Mac Store UK about my requirements helped me decide on the 24" iMac M1 chip and I couldn't be happier with it. It's very, very fast and the voice control is great fun to use. This has been an excellent purchase in every respect and when it comes time to upgrade, I will be talking to the Mac Store UK again. There really is no need to go anywhere else.

My purchase was made via MacStoreUK’s Amazon page and was ultimately refunded by Amazon for failure to deliver.

I think it’s important to say that I didn’t get any updates from MacStoreUK without getting in touch first and each time I found their website chat the best place to get any help.

When ordering I paid for quicker delivery but the day before it was due I decided to message them (via Amazon) as it wasn’t showing as dispatched. I got no reply so ended up using the online chat function on their website - they told me the item was waiting to be dispatched from their warehouse and they would be in touch, I also asked for a refund for my delivery cost to which they agreed. I contacted them again two days later via chat looking for my shipping number, John gave me the number but that’s when I found out that my item was waiting for dispatch in the US. John then proceeded to tell me that the product is drop shipped from the US and it would be another few days before I received it - I said at the time this was never stated on the Amazon listing, and should really be made clear to customers. I also asked for a second time about getting my shipping refund, again John said that was fine and it would be dealt with.

A few days went by and my shipment never moved, I contacted DHL and they informed me that my item was never even dropped off for shipping, only a label was printed! At this point I decided I’d given the company enough time and so asked for a refund via Amazon, a day later I received my shipping refund but nothing else - I gave it another day or two then with no word from MacStoreUK I submitted a claim under Amazon’s A-Z Guarantee which was granted within 24hr.

I bought from MacStoreUK due to their good reviews both here and on Amazon but I was left extremely disappointed, because of that I cannot recommend them and would warn people to be cautious when purchasing.
