Received what I ordered very quickly and just as advertised

found mac store uk through divide buy site as i was looking for a mac book for the wife. After a while looking at the mac book i wanted with clear description that you cn purchase on divide buy check out wouldn't let me check out so i entered into chat message with them after a good hour of back and forward it turns out it was put on in error and basically said no you cant have it and there is none available. i mean i have sold products for 20 year an if a product is marked up as (A) you have to sell it as (A) cant change it to be when someone wants to purchase it and say it was a mistake.

Tis has left a bitter taste and don"t think i will come back to this site just watch out all.

Life safer

My iMac was dead suddenly, out of the blue. Screen went dark and could not boot it up afterwards. Feeling panicked I called Mac Store UK as I bought from them and luckily as I am still under my 3 years warranty, they asked me to just ship back using my original package. Everything was done flawlessly and my iMac just came back. Thanks guys, it feel so secure with warranty and I am grateful this could be resolved within few days as my computer is important for me to work from home. Once again thank you. Especially you Jon!!
